Dear Brothers and Sisters ...Jaibhim!

Owing to our All India Association's persistent efforts and effective representation of the Development officers Problem with the parliamentary Committee on the welfare of SC-ST's on 13-10-2021 at Sansad Bhavan,New Delhi. We on behalf of our Association myself Sri Ch Deepla Naik,All India President,Sri Rameshwar,All India Vice President,Sri D N Mokal,All India Working President,Sri Dr R G Wagh ,All India General Secretary,& Sri R Veeramani,All India Secretary (Adm) represented.The Committee headed by Dr.Kirit Premjibhai Solanki had commended
the following in their report dated 04-04-2022 which was also presented in both the houses of Parliament.

"The committee strongly recommend that LIC should adopt flexible approach with regard to SC/ST Development officers while assessing their Growth Target. Their Growth targets should not be a sole standard for their termination. Specific Training in communication and skill management Maybe imparted to sharpen /horn their skills. The committee feels that as the SC- ST Dev Officers come from downtrodden section of the society and face day today Challenges with regard to selling insurance policies. Hence, they ,should be protected".

In view of the above recommendation the LIC has taken a decision to impart special Training to our SC- ST Dev officers in all the Zones/Divisional Office's.

THANKS TO OUR Management come forwarded as per our Association persistent efforts in Safe guarding the interest of SC- ST Development officers.🙏🏾

The Training programmes are being conducted at all other zones which are being acknowledged by those Zonal leaders.

*Hence all our Divisional Unit Office Bearers to follow up our Development Officers are advised to utilise this opportunity which has been achieved with great efforts of our dedicated Association leaders.*

*Dear Brothers and Sisters, Today's General Body Meeting of Visakhapatnam Division was a Thumping Success. Everything was arranged in the Most Amazing and Spectacular Manner. Everyone was with their assigned work were attending to their responsibility with all the Sincerity and Dedication. The Meeting was One of Memorable Moments of Our Association Conferences.*
*The Meeting commenced with the Garlanding of the Portrait of Our Messiah Baba Saheb Dr B R Ambedkar by Sri Deepla Naik, Our All India President and Sri L K Pattanayak, SDM, Visakhapatnam. The Meeting was attended by a Mammoth Gathering of more than 170 Members of the Division. The Meeting was addressed by Sri Deepla Naik AIP, Sri L K Pattanayak SDM, Sri Siddharthan C, Zonal President, Sri T B Rajendra Prasad, Zonal Working President, Dr Sudhakar Babu, MM, Sri Chandrashekhar Rao, Manager (P&IR), Sri G VijayaKumar, Zonal Secretary (Liaison) and Representatives of other Trade Unions in LIC.*
*In the afternoon session the Secretary's Report and Audited Statement of Accounts was presented, which was passed by Clapping of Hands. Finally the following Members were Elected as Office Bearers for the Ensuing Term.*
