Celebrating women we believed in.

Rutika Rajesh Parab started with a dream to build a livelihood for herself while supporting her family.

Through the TAP Mahila Udyogini Program, she learned about business planning, savings and managing her work.

Today, she has 3 BMC contracts, a tailoring class with 5 students, around ₹30,000 monthly income and regular savings.

But her biggest achievement is not just what she has built for herself.

Her dream now is to train more women and help them become financially self-reliant.

As part of Idobro's Anniversary Week, we celebrate Rutika and countless women who remind us that when one woman grows, she can create opportunities for many others.

ANNIVERSARY WEEK | CELEBRATING THE JOURNEYS THAT INSPIRE US
Every woman has a story.
And sometimes, all it takes is the right opportunity to help her write the next chapter.
This Anniversary Week, we’re celebrating Revati Kadam who is a beautician who wanted to do more than earn an income. She wanted to grow her business and build a better future for her family.
Living in a joint family, Revati contributes to her household through her work as a beautician. Before joining the TAP Mahila Udyogini Program, she earned around ₹6,000 per month.
She joined TAP because she wanted to improve her business and increase her income.
The program gave her more than financial support. Through training, Revati learned about saving, business growth, customer relationships, health and hygiene, and maintaining the quality of her services.
Then came an important step of investing in her own business.
With her TAP loan, Revati purchased a beauty bed, mirror and other essential equipment. These improvements allowed her to increase her working hours and start taking beauty service orders outside her home.
Her hard work and investment have made a remarkable difference.
Monthly income: ₹6,000 → approximately ₹30,000
Monthly savings: approximately ₹3,000
Business: Expanded services and increased orders
And she has been able to repay her loan without difficulty.
But behind these numbers is something even more valuable:
Confidence.
Confidence to manage her business.
Confidence to invest in herself.
Confidence to save for the future.
And confidence to dream bigger.
Today, Revati’s dream is to open her own beauty parlour.
She wants to continue learning, increase her savings and investments, grow her business and provide greater support to her family.
Revati’s story reminds us that when women get access to knowledge, finance and opportunity, they can turn skills into sustainable livelihoods and dreams into businesses.
And now, her story can inspire someone else to take that first step.

ANNIVERSARY WEEK | CELEBRATING THE JOURNEYS THAT INSPIRE US

As we celebrate another year of Idobro, we’re celebrating the people behind the impact with their courage, resilience and journeys of change.

Today, we celebrate Rajeshree Ramchandra Pawar.

After losing her husband, Rajeshree had to take responsibility for her household and rebuild her livelihood. The small vada pav stall she had once run with her husband had come to an end.

Starting again was not easy.

But Rajeshree found a way forward.

She began with roti-bhaji, babysitting and small food orders, gradually rebuilding her confidence and income.

Through the Mahila Udyogini Program, she received financial support, practical knowledge and guidance that helped her strengthen her entrepreneurial journey.

Today, Rajeshree has built a diversified food business offering:

Homemade ready-to-cook masalas
Tiffin services
Chapati and lunch orders
Snacks
And she is now exploring larger catering opportunities

Her food-business income has grown to approximately ₹12,000 per month, and she has developed a regular saving habit of around ₹3,000 every month.

For us, these numbers represent much more than financial growth.

They represent a woman who chose to begin again.

They represent resilience. Independence. Confidence. And a renewed belief in what is possible.

This Anniversary Week, we celebrate Rajeshree and every woman who transforms challenges into opportunities and dreams into sustainable livelihoods.

At Idobro, impact is not just what we do. It is the change we get to witness.

Here’s to celebrating journeys, enabling possibilities and co-creating a better future together.

Rajeshree’s journey is a reminder: sometimes, the most powerful step forward is simply choosing to start again.

From a small home kitchen to a bigger dream.
Meet Meena Vikas Gamre, a homemaker and home-based food entrepreneur whose journey reflects what happens when skills, confidence and the right support come together.
When Meena joined the Mahila Udyogini Program in June 2025, she was earning around ₹6,000 a month through her small food business. She had the passion and determination, but needed support to understand business management, packaging, savings and ways to grow.
Through practical training and guidance, Meena began making small but meaningful changes.
Improved her packaging and presentation
Introduced new products, including different varieties of laddus
Expanded her Puran Poli orders and customer base
Started managing her income and expenses more systematically
Developed a regular saving habit of ₹2,000 every month
Strengthened her family’s financial security through health insurance
And today, her monthly income has grown to approximately ₹12,000.
But for us at Idobro, the most powerful part of Meena’s story isn't just the numbers.
It is the confidence behind those numbers.
Her next dream is even bigger is to open her own food shop, grow her customer base, increase her income and build greater financial security for her family.
Meena’s journey reminds us that entrepreneurship doesn’t always begin with a big investment or a formal storefront.
Sometimes, it begins at home, with a skill, a little courage, and the opportunity to learn.
At Idobro, we are proud to celebrate journeys like Meena’s where women are not just increasing their income, but building the confidence to shape their own futures.
From homemaker to entrepreneur.
From ₹6,000 to ₹12,000.
From a small business to a bigger dream.
Here’s to Meena and to many more women turning their skills into sustainable livelihoods.

From Homemakers to Businesswomen — A Journey of Confidence, Capability & Change

Mayuri Vishwas Patade and Renuka Kadam began with skills they already had — cooking, creating and serving with dedication from their homes.

With the right support through the **Mahila Udyogini Program, led by Idobro Impact Solutions**, those skills began transforming into a sustainable business.

Income grew from ₹12,000 to approximately ₹22,000 a month
5,000 karanjis successfully delivered for a Diwali order
Catering managed for a 3–4 day NSS camp
Business loan repayments maintained on schedule
And most importantly — **confidence to call themselves businesswomen**

Their words say it all:

“Earlier, we were homemakers; today, we are businesswomen.”

At Idobro Impact Solutions, we believe real impact is about more than creating opportunities. It is about building capability, inclusion, partnership, ownership and sustainable livelihoods.

When women gain the knowledge and confidence to grow, they don't just increase their income — they expand what they believe is possible.

A special appreciation to Mansi Gamre, Idobro’s Point of Contact for the programme, for supporting this journey.

What does sustainability truly mean?

At the RISE PECOWorld Summit 2026, Dr. Rajan Welukar, Vice Chancellor, ATLAS SkillTech University, shared an important perspective on the four pillars of sustainability — Environment, Economy, Society and Culture.

Sustainability is not only about protecting the planet. It is about creating a future where people, prosperity, communities and culture can thrive together.

Because lasting change cannot be built on one pillar alone.

It requires balance. It requires responsibility. And most importantly, it requires all of us to Care Enough and Co-Own the Change.

Can an economy survive on a dying planet? In this powerful clip, su...
