पिछले 6 वर्षों में पेट्रोल पर 258% एवं डीजल पर 820% EXCISE DUTY के माध्यम से कमाये गए 18,00,000 करोड़ रुपये इस आपदा में जनता के लिए इस्तमाल करने की अपील की.
