This is one of its kind library where you don't have to pay monthly subscription. Rather you will pay 'per book reading cost' which will mostly range between Rs. 5-50. In case of encyclopedias may be a little bit more. This library is preferably for Borivali residents. Others plz msg us, we will try to work out delivery. Terms and conditions:
1) One membership for entire family :)
2) Member has to
pay Rs. 50 registration fees (non-refundable) and Rs. 150 deposit (refundable at the time of termination of library membership).
3) Book details are given in every book's post along with lending cost and period.
4) The age group is mentioned in book details. But it is not mandatory. According to reading habits or who read out for children, it can vary. So please look at all albums.
4) At a time maximum three books can be issued to member (subject to change, depending upon the book type)
5) Please take care of your library book. Any kind of damage is subject to fine. Procedure:
1) Please check 'albums' where book covers are kept as per different categories.
2) Then note down 'book code' of those books
3) search the post as "Book code : 150" (see the left hand side box on the page) (plz check the spaces given in between. Be patient if you have to scroll down a little bit.)
4) Check details of the book like lending period , cost , etc.
5) Message us which books you want to read with your location.
6) We will deliver the book at your place or any convenient place for both of us. That can be decided over chat. (Have to do this for first lending, so that future transactions will be done smoothly)
7) As the technical processing of books takes time, we have one special album 'COMING UP SOON'. We already have those books with us, just not numbered. so if you are interested in any of those, let us know. We will take that on priority. HAPPY READING!! :)
