The Single Tea
The story of tea begins in China. According to legend, the Chinese emperor was sitting beneath a tree while his servant boiled drinking water, when some leaves from the tree blew into the water and resulting drink was what we now call tea.

Tea as a brew is a coloured liquid which possesses a pleasing aroma and is a delicious and fragrant beverage taken hot or cold.
So,when given us an opportunity to create Single Ingredient Cocktail with
The Singleton Whisky.

I thought to use "Earl grey tea" which is one of the popular tea around the world and one of mine favourite tea .

The Chinese gentleman chose a perfumy, citrusy-sweet extract obtained from bergamot orange to create this tea which has a bit tangy and zesty character with aromatic nature and which goes well with,
The Singleton whisky which is generally described as smooth and fruity, as a result of the casks used and a combination of European oak ex-Sherry casks and American oak ex-Bourbon casks gives the whisky a perfectly balanced, smooth profile .

लहानपणी एका रुपयाच्या पतंगाच्या मागे कित्येक किलोमीटर पळायचो,
कितीतरी ठेचा लागायच्या, जखमाही व्हायच्या ती पतंगसुद्धा आम्हाला वेड्यासारख पळवायची,
आज कळतंय ती पतंग नव्हती ते एक आव्हान होतं.
आनंदासाठी पळावं तर लागतच कारण तो दुकानात विकत नाही मिळत.
