Nightmare

عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمُ الرُّؤْيَا يَكْرَهُهَا فَلْيَبْصُقْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَلْيَتَعَوَّذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ثَلاَثًا وَيَتَحَوَّلْ عَنْ جَنْبِهِ الَّذِي كَانَ عَلَيْهِ

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “If one of you sees a dream that he dislikes, let him spit to his left and seek refuge from the Shaitan (Satan) three times, then turn over onto his other side.”

حضرت جابر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص ناگوار خواب دیکھے تو اس کے اثر سے بچنے کے لئے اپنی بائیں جانب تین بار تھوکے، اور تین مرتبہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی پناہ مانگے شیطان سے اور جس پر کروٹ پر لپٹا تھا اس کو بدل لے۔

You might not have a car but others don't have food to eat. To see how blessed you are, look at those who are less fortunate than you.
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Don't look at those more fortunate than you, but look to those less fortunate than you, as it is best to remember Allah's favors on you." (Sahih Muslim)

Their Lord gives them good tidings of mercy from Him and approval and of gardens for them wherein is enduring pleasure. (Surah At-Tawbah, 9:21)
