1st event - Tracking (June or July)

2nd event - Dandya /DJ party
,fun n fair (around Navratri),

3rd Navratr- kite flying (11 January 2015)

Hi ppl,
There is a mass heart check up camp held by Shri Satya Sai seva organization. Details are given below. Pass the msg to needy people. Last date of registration is 15th sept, 2012. I have attached reg. form and have given link of the organization for your reference.

Mass Heart Check Up Camp at Dharmakshetra on Sunday 14th October 2012.

1. Date for the Camp at Dharmakshetra will be Sunday , October 14,2012 ,9am to 2pm
2. Priority for this Camp people having heart problems.
3. Criteria for patients – age up to 60yrs and annual income up to Rs 10,000 (For villages) and up to Rs 20,000(for Mumbai)
4. Facility at Rajkot Hospital is for three type heart problem’s – Children having hole in heart, Valve replacement & Bypass surgery. Hence no patient’s for Angioplasty should be sent.
5. Basic screening needs to be done before hand. The basic tests to be done are E.C.G. ECO ,Stress test, Angiography and M.D. opinion with pathology test like Blood Sugar , Hb Blood Group.
6. Registration form with complete report photocopies to be sent to Dharmakshetra by 15th September .The form in English or Marathi to be filled, is enclosed
7. All forms & Reports will be sent to Rajkot hospital by the State Presidents Office
8. All Convenors to take care to see that members from our organization ,who need assistance, are included in the initial tests in case they meet the criteria ( age & Income).
