आम आदमी पार्टी Delhi में जनलोकपाल पास करने जा रही है, चूंकि ये राज्यस्तर पर पास होने जा रहा है, इसलिए टेक्निकल भाषा में इसे Delhi का जनलोकायुक्त कानून कहा जायेगा | इस कानून का सबसे मजबूत पक्ष है- मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर सरकार के मंत्री, अधिकारी, विधायक सभी इस कानून के दायरे में आयेंगे | सजा का वर्ष डराने वाला है, आरोप सिद्ध होने पर आरोपी की संपत्ति की नीलामी कर 5 गुना देश को वापस करना होगा | लोकायुक्त स्वतंत्र होगा और जांच एजेंसी स्वतंत्र रूप से लोकायुक्त के अन्दर काम करेगी | जांच और लोकायुक्त का फैसला तय समय के अन्दर होगा | ये भारत का अब तक का भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सबसे मजबूत कानून है।
