Today, I am here to share a moment… a feeling… an experience that changed me forever.

Seven months ago, Shri Narender Reddy Prabhuji was found on the streets of Mumbai…
Lost… broken… and battling a painful mental condition.

A man who once had a home… a family… a life…Was suddenly alone… forgotten… invisible to the world.

But somewhere… humanity was still alive.
He was taken to Apna Ghar Ashram — a place where people are not just sheltered…They are healed with love… with care… with dignity.

Slowly… day by day…
He didn’t just recover his health…
He started finding himself again.

And then came a decision… a beautiful decision —“To reunite him with his family.”

My dear brother, Shri Srinivas Racha, who is doing God’s work through Apna Ghar, shared this with me.And without thinking twice, I said —“I want to take him home.”

On 16th March, I, along with my partner Shri Bobby Dolas, started this journey from Mumbai.

During the journey… we spoke a lot.
Shri.Narendra reddy prabhuji spoke about Apna Ghar with gratitude…
Shri.Narendra reddy prabhuji spoke about Shri.Srinivas Racha ji with respect…

But when he spoke about his wife and his son…
His voice slowed down…
His eyes filled with tears…
There was pain… there was love…
And there was a wait of one long year.

On 17th March, we reached Bangalore, where my friend Shri Ajay Veldhi joined us.
And together… we went to his home.
At around 10:15 PM… we reached.

The door opened…
And what I witnessed in the next few seconds…
I don’t think I will ever be able to forget in my life.
He saw his wife…
His wife saw him…
No words…
No questions…
Just tears…
Tears that spoke of one year of pain…
One year of waiting…
One year of silent prayers…
They didn’t speak… because they didn’t need to.
Their eyes said everything.
That moment…
Was not just a reunion…
It was a rebirth of a family.

And I stood there…
Not as a visitor… not as a helper…
But as a human being…
Whose heart was shaken… and filled… at the same time.

In that moment, I understood something very deep…
In this world… we run behind money, success, status…
But nothing… absolutely nothing…
Can match the happiness of a family being together.

Today, with folded hands,
I want to thank Apna Ghar Ashram for their selfless and noble service.

And I feel proud… truly proud…
Of my brother Shri Srinivas Racha,
Who is a part of this divine work.

Special thanks to Shri.Srinivas Rachaji for giving us the opportunity to be part of this beautiful journey…

A journey that didn’t just reunite a man…
But brought a broken family back to life.
And today… somewhere…
A home that was once silent…
It is filled with laughter again…
A wife has her husband back…
A son has his father back…
And a family… has its life back.
🙏

Warm Regards,
Naresh Kurapati

*Incident of Humanity Beyond Religion*

On Friday, 6th March 2026, Mr. Naresh Kurapati received a call from Mr. Munaf Thakur, who shared the contact number of a patient’s father, Mr. Abdul Momin Shaikh.

Mr. Abdul informed that his 18-month-old son, Baby Arhan Shaikh, had been admitted to SRCC Children’s Hospital, Haji Ali on 5th March 2026. The doctors advised that the baby required urgent surgery as he was suffering from Hepatitis A. The surgery alone was estimated to cost around ₹3,00,000, while the overall medical expenses were expected to reach ₹4,00,000.

Mr. Abdul, who works as a delivery partner with Zomato, did not have the financial capacity to bear such a huge amount. The hospital initially refused to proceed with the surgery without the required payment. With great difficulty and mental stress, Mr. Abdul managed to arrange ₹2,80,000 by borrowing money from family and friends.

At this stage, Mr. Naresh Kurapati intervened and spoke directly with the hospital management over the phone, requesting them to proceed with the surgery immediately considering the urgency of the child’s condition. The surgery was successfully performed on 6th March 2026.

Mr. Naresh also assured Mr. Abdul that he should not pay a single rupee further, and that he would take care of the remaining hospital formalities.

Later, on Tuesday, 10th March 2026, Mr. Abdul called again informing that the hospital was demanding an additional payment of ₹1,00,000. Mr. Naresh then spoke to the hospital billing department and requested them to consider the case under the Indigent Patient Fund (IPF), as the family’s annual household income was below ₹1,80,000.

Initially, the hospital approved only a ₹20,000 discount and asked the family to pay the remaining ₹80,000. Mr. Naresh then advised Mr. Abdul to meet the Medical Social Worker at SRCC Hospital and request assistance under the IPF scheme.

Following this process and further intervention, the entire remaining balance of ₹80,000 was waived off, and the baby was successfully discharged from the hospital.

Mr. Abdul Momin Shaikh and his family expressed their deep gratitude to Mr. Naresh Kurapati and the hospital’s social worker for their timely support and humanitarian assistance during a very difficult time.

Warm Regards,
Mr.Abdul Momin Shaikh

*True Social Support: An Inspiring Incident Unfolded*

On Sunday, March 1, 2026, Lakshamareddy Balaiah Damma, a resident of the remote Avanoor village in Mustabad mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, Telangana, passed away unexpectedly in Mumbai.

Mr. Lakshamareddy Damma had traveled from Telangana to Mumbai a couple of days earlier to catch a flight to Dubai.

Due to the ongoing Gulf War, his journey got delayed. After spending a day at his son’s PG in Airoli, he moved to a paying guest accommodation (pandi kotidu) in the Gandhinagar area on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

During a Sunday afternoon walk, he felt some distress and headed to nearby Rahat Medicals (BDD 111-112) seeking medicine, where he suddenly collapsed.

Rahat Medical rushed him by ambulance to Nair Hospital, where he was tragically declared dead on arrival due to acute myocardial infarction.

The medical store personnel tried contacting relatives but faced a language barrier, as they didn't understand Hindi—nor did the deceased’s family.

Rahat Medicals called Naresh Kurapati for help, as per assistance from Dr. Sanjay Alle.

Despite being occupied with BDD chawl issues at Nandanvan (the official residence of DCM Shri Eknath Shinde), Naresh rushed to the hospital around 5:00 PM, accompanied by his colleague Vikram Babar from BDD 59.They found the deceased’s elder son, Bappureddy Damma—relatively new to Mumbai, having arrived 6 months back for a job—and his cousin, Ajay Puram, both struggling to navigate the situation.

An unknown Telugu individual named Srinivas, who was present at the hospital premises, noticed the Telugu-speaking family members struggling with communication. He passed on word that hospital authorities required a postmortem.

Once Naresh arrived, he spoke to the deceased's family and Nair Hospital authorities, explaining that the person was fit and healthy, with all clear recent medical tests, and was supposed to fly to Dubai that night. To avoid the distress of a postmortem for a clearly natural death (as diagnosed by Nair Hospital authorities), it was suggested to obtain a private doctor's medical certificate.

Naresh and Vikram Babar coordinated with Dr. Amit Nandoskar at Nirmal Clinic, Parel. After reviewing the deceased’s recent healthy medical records for his Dubai travel and Nair Hospital findings of natural death, the doctor issued Form 4A (Death Medical Certificate). Naresh provided his own Aadhaar details as local surety, and the doctor's consultation fees were borne by Naresh himself.

When they returned to Nair Hospital with the death certificate from the private doctor, police officials informed them of the requirement to record a statement from the deceased's elder son at Worli Police Station.

Naresh, with Vikram Babar, took the deceased's son to Worli Police Station and narrated the whole story to the police officials. The police took the statement of the deceased's elder son and issued Form 4 (No Objection Certificate for disposal of the body and final rites). Naresh guided the officer on duty, Mr. Kailash Pawara at Worli Police Station, regarding the further requirement of Form 7 (Certificate for Dead Body Removal from Mumbai to Telangana), which is mandatory for inter-state transportation.

Meanwhile, through the help of Rajesh Kusle (Shiv Sena - Shinde faction), an ambulance was arranged for inter-state transportation.Once all paperwork at Worli Police Station was completed, the elder son of the deceased and his cousin were taken to a nearby restaurant, with all food expenses borne by Naresh.

They reached Nair Hospital around 11:30 PM, submitted the paperwork to authorities, and received the body. Completed the preservation of the body (icebox, wrapping, and solutions to prevent decomposition) at Nair Hospital and moved out at 12:30 AM.

From there, they secured final clearances from the Executive Health Officer at Kasturba Hospital for carrying the dead body in the ambulance without further hurdles
By 1:00 AM, the family departed Mumbai with the body.

And Naresh was set free after 6 hours of relentless form 5:00 pm to late night 1:00 AM, but journey didnt here, Naresh Kurapati has pledged to continue his support by arranging financial aid and fundraising for the bereaved family. He also spoke to some Telugu dignitaries to help with the family's ambulance charges.

This act of true social support turned a family's darkest hour into a testament to human compassion and the power of Telugu community leadership by Mr. Naresh Kurapati (Robinhood of the Telugu community).

A short while ago , it is been informed that final rituals where completed at Avanoor village in Rajjanna Sircilla District.

I, Prasad Eligeti, would like to share a deeply moving experience and express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Naresh Kurapati, Mumbai President of Shivsena Telugu Samaj Vibhag, for his unwavering support during our family's time of unimaginable grief and distress.

On Monday, 23rd February 2026, my dear brother Mr. Eligeti Gangadhar, was admitted to Multi-speciality Hinduja Hospital with severe stomach pain. Despite treatment, he tragically passed away that evening. The hospital issued a bill of approximately Rs.19.48lakhs; my family paid Rs.10.45 Lakhs and got a discount of Rs.2.98Lakh amount during his care. Yet, they demanded the remaining Rs.6Lakhs outstandings before releasing his body, detaining it for nearly 42 hours and leaving us in helpless anguish. Despite pleas to various political leaders, the hospital refused release without a signed payment agreement.

This ordeal became unbearable, prompting me to contact Mr. Naresh Kurapati our Telugu Bidda on the evening of Tuesday, 24th February.I am profoundly grateful for his immediate action. He assured us no consent letter was needed and promised to visit the hospital the next morning. True to his word, Mr. Kurapati arrived, confronted the management, and firmly stated that detaining the body violated _*Article 21 of the Indian Constitution (Right to Life and Personal Liberty, encompassing dignity in death)* which prohibits hospitals from withholding emergency treatment or detaining deceased bodies over unpaid dues—especially for patients from economically weaker sections eligible for the Indigent Patient Fund._ He warned the Hospital Authorities of an FIR and legal action for this illegality. And Within minutes, the hospital expedited the process and released the body without family consent, lifting our unbearable burden amid profound sorrow.

I am forever indebted to Mr. Naresh Kurapati for his swift, selfless intervention. With his vast experience leading social causes through the Manav Vatsalya Foundation NGO and his medical expertise as founder of BeingKare Healthcare Services, and his political platform as a President of Shivsena Telugu Samaj Mumbai Vibhag he exemplifies true leadership, championing justice and humanity when we needed it most. We remain deeply grateful to him and ShivSena party for community commitment.Thank you once again, Mr. Kurapati, for your extraordinary help. I urge all to recognize the tremendous impact of such timely actions.

Thanks also to all leaders and friends who supported us through this hospital ordeal.

Regards,
Prasad Eligeti
Younger brother
