As part of , a series of initiatives were undertaken to promote sustainability and cleanliness across railway premises

Pamphlet distribution and an awareness rally on the ban of single-use plastics were conducted at Mysuru station. At Ashokapuram Railway Colony, activities including waste segregation at source, solid waste management, and a comprehensive cleanliness drive were carried out, along with garden and surrounding area cleaning.

An awareness campaign on sustainable living was also organized in Mysuru Railway Colony, highlighting the importance of minimizing household waste and ensuring proper waste disposal to protect our environment.

Additionally, a special cleanliness drive was conducted near the Electric Office at Davangere station, reinforcing our commitment towards a greener and cleaner future.

Comprehensive inspection carried out by Shri Mudit Mittal, DRM Mysuru, along with branch officers across Talguppa, Sagara Jambagaru, Kumsi, Kotegangur, Shivamogga Town, Bhadravati, Tarikere, and Birur stations, including yards and staff colonies.
Reviewed ongoing ABSS works at Talguppa, Sagara Jambagaru, and Shivamogga Town stations, along with progress at the coaching terminal at Kotegangur.
Also inspected ARME/ART facilities at Shivamogga Town and running rooms at Talguppa and Shivamogga Town to ensure operational readiness and staff welfare.

As part of , the Mysore–Darbhanga Bagmati Express was inspected and awareness was created among passengers and onboard staff regarding the ban on single-use plastics, Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

An awareness rally and pamphlet distribution drive were also conducted at Mysuru Station to promote environmental sustainability, cleanliness, and public awareness.

As part of , a plantation and intensive cleanliness drive was undertaken at Health Unit/Kabaka Puttur and Mysuru Station gardens, where medical staff planted various flowering and foliage plants to promote a greener, cleaner, and healthier environment.

Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety (CCRS) visited Mysuru Division to review safety and operational aspects in the Sakleshpur–Subrahmanya Ghat section. During the visit, Shri Mudit Mittal, DRM Mysuru and other branch officers were present. Key discussions included the proposed Arebetta block station to enhance efficiency and ensure smoother train operations.
