Regional Museum of Natural History is a regional centre of the National Museum of Natural History (Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India. The museum is situated on the banks of Karanaji Lake, and adjacent to the campus of Shri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens,(Mysore Zoo), Myosre. Narasipur Road, The approach road is opposite to Mysore Milk Dairy. It is open six days a week -Tuesday to Sunday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. All facilities in the museum are free.
