We are elated to announce Mr. Himmat Singh Negi as the judge for our Street Play Event.

Himmat Singh Negi is a seasoned theatre artist, director, and educator from Almora with over two decades of experience in the performing arts. Trained at prestigious institutions including the National School of Drama, he has contributed extensively as an actor and director, with over 40 performances and 25 productions to his credit.
Alongside his work in theatre, he has been actively involved in teaching, radio, and television, and has played a significant role in nurturing young talent. Recognized for his contributions to theatre, he continues to inspire the next generation through his creative and educational pursuits.

We are elated to announce Mr. Amit Tiwari as the judge for our Street Play Event.
Amit Tiwari is an accomplished actor trainer, director, voice coach, and writer with over 15 years of extensive theatre experience. He has been honoured with several prestigious awards for his contributions to theatre, including the Best Actor Award presented by veteran actors Mr. Anupam Kher and Manoj Joshi.

Having completed his Clown Acting Course under American Clown Trainer Peter Gould and Theatre Appreciation Course from the National School of Drama (NSD), he has designed, scripted, and directed over 150 theatre productions staged at prominent national and international festivals. Additionally, he has conducted more than 350 workshops across the country and served as a guest faculty at LTG Repertory.

Notably, he scripted a documentary drama for 'The Kerala Story' filmmaker Sudipto Sen, which earned the prestigious National Film Award from the Government of India.

After an incredible journey at ACT-16—the world’s largest campus theatre festival—we are bringing this raw and immersive experience to a professional stage. The play explores experimental direction and storytelling that we have poured our hearts into, and your presence would be a great source of encouragement for the entire team.
