यदि किसी कर्मचारी की सेवा के दौरान मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो मृत्यु की तारीख से 3 वर्ष बाद उसका ईपीएफ अकाउंट इनऑपरेटिव हो जाता है।

Form 15G/15H is no longer valid for claiming EPF TDS exemptions.
➡️Tax year 2026-27 onwards TDS Exemption is to be claimed by submitting Form 121 (as per the Income Tax Act, 2025)
