*Chalo High Court*
The Delhi High Court is hearing the Habeas Corpus petition filed by Fatima Nafees to find Najeeb on 16th October, *exactly one year after Najeeb's disappearance*
During the year, the Delhi Police, SIT, Crime Branch and now CBI have shown criminal negligence, inordinately delayed, and played partisan role in their investigation.
The High Court has sometimes rebuked the agencies and at times asked them for an explanation for the delay. But the urgency required by the cases of disappearance seems to be lacking.
*The missing person has to be found within 3 months under a habeas corpus petition.* The court needs to expedite the matter to ensure the accountability of the agencies.
*We demand speedy and impartial enquiry by an independent team monitored by the Court. Any more delay will lead to denial of justice for Najeeb.*

ABVP is so cute and ignorant. In BHU its leaders are slt shaming those women students who are protesting against harassment and are calling protests as an insult to the 'culture' of BHU. While in Delhi these hypocrites went to protest outside HRD minister to demand Justice.

Answers that the thekedars of nation owe to us, women
1. BHU VC says that the incident was 'merely' an 'eve teasing' . Those who are protesting are criminals. We can't listen to every girl's complaint. Why should this man continue as the VC of a University who clearly see girls and not sexual harassers a problem for running University?
2. A Delhi HC judge says women's NO are not actually NO and their YES are not actually YES. A woman's body can be subjected to whatever depending on 'libido' of a man. And when she says yes, she can be kept in house arrest, can be subjected to torture and killing because her yes is not actually yes. Why should this man continue as judge of a HC?
