Disability is the absence of competent physical , intellectual or moral powers impairment of earning capacity,loss of physical function that reduces efficiency inability to work.
The National trust is playing a very good role for the welfare and upliftment of disable (differently abled) persons.

In exercise of powers conferred by section 34 of the National trust for welfare of the persons with autism, cerebral palsy ,mental retardation and multiple disabilities act, 1999(44/99) the central government made rules for National Trust.This was amended vide GSR 71(e),dt 4.2.2015.
