Major crackdown on food adulteration in Rampur! During a special enforcement drive on June 2, 2026, the team inspected a Tea Trader at Bareilly Gate.
Seizure: 17 quintals and 24 kg of various branded tea leaves were seized for operating a repackaging business without a valid license. The packaging machinery was also sealed on-site.
Testing: 5 legal samples of tea leaves have been collected and sent to the laboratory for analysis. Legal action will be initiated based on the test results.
