बनारस हिंदू यूनिवर्सिटी में NS (नर्सिंग सुपरिटेंडेंट) का चार्ज डॉक्टर को दिया गया है। जबकि योग्यता BSC Nursing +Experience है। देश के सभी बड़े अस्पतालों के यही हालत है नर्सिंग के उछाल प्रशासनिक पद (NS/CNO) या तो रिक्त है या कार्यवाहक है या महज औपचारिकता।

ऑस्ट्रेलिया में एक नर्स को ऐसे लोगों की देखभाल के लिए रखा गया था, जिनके जीवन के आखिरी 10–15 दिन बाकी थे। उस नर्स ने सभी मरणासन्न लोगों से एक ही सवाल पूछा – "आपको अपने जीवन में किस बात का सबसे ज्यादा पछतावा है?"
उनके जवाबों के आधार पर उस नर्स ने एक किताब लिखी, जो पागलों की तरह बिक रही है। उस किताब का नाम है – "पश्चाताप"। अगर आपने वह किताब नहीं पढ़ी है, तो यहाँ एक छोटा वीडियो है जिसमें मृत्यु से पहले लोगों के 5 सबसे बड़े पछतावे बताए गए हैं।
उम्मीद है यह वीडियो हम सभी को पसंद आएगा और कुछ सोचने पर मजबूर करेगा।
