एनी राजा, राष्ट्रीय महासचिव एनएफडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू, पूनम कौशिक, महासचिव प्रगति महिला संगठन और शबनम हाशमी, एएनएचएडी के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने 5 अक्टूबर 2020 को हाथरस जिले के बुल गढ़ी गांव का दौरा किया।

प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मृत दलित लड़की जिसका कथित रूप से 14 सितंबर को बलात्कार और गला घोंट दिया गया था और बाद में 29 सितंबर, 2020 को सुबह सफदरजंग अस्पताल में उसकी मौत हो गई; के परिवार के सदस्यों के साथ विस्तार से बातचीत की साथ ही जेएलएन मेडिकल कॉलेज, अलीगढ़ का दौरा भी किया जहाँ डॉक्टरों और स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारी एवं अन्य
लोगों के साथ बातचीत कर घटनाक्रम की जानकारी हासिल की।

इस दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण मामले के सम्बंध में आसपास के विभिन्न तथ्यों और अन्य राजनीतिक घटनाक्रमों पर चर्चा के लिए आज, 6 अक्टूबर, 2020 को प्रेस क्लब ऑफ इंडिया, ग्राउंड फ्लोर, रायसीना रोड, नई दिल्ली में 2.30 बजे एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित की जा रही है।

MEDIA INVITE

A delegation comprising of Annie Raja, National General Secretary NFIW, Poonam Kaushik, General Secretary Pragatisheel Mahila Sangathan and Shabnam Hashmi, ANHAD visited Bul Garhi village in Hathras district on yesterday.

We had detailed interaction with family members of the deceased Dalit girl who was allegedly r***d and strangulated on September 14 and later died in Safdarjung Hospital early morning on September 29, 2020. We also visited the JLN Medical College, Aligarh and interacted with doctors and other staff.

We are organizing a press conference at 2.30pm today, October 6, 2020 on the ground floor, Press Club of India, Raisina Road, New Delhi to discuss various facts and other political developments around this unfortunate case.

Kindly depute a reporter to cover the press conference. We will be releasing a brief report of our visit.

We are appealing to the Prime Minister to not attend the laying of the foundation stone in Ayodhya on 5th August. We find it unconstitutional, unethical and violative of the secularism safeguarded by the constitution.

We hope you will join our appeal to stop the PM, at this time of a raging pandemic and economic crisis, from attending the ceremony in Ayodhya.
