Especially, ever since the historical Bahujan Movement and Bahujan Samaj Party founded by Saheb Kanshi Ram ji which has been illegitimately captured by cheats, traitors and selfish elements, the situation has further worsened. This process of weakening and collapse of Bahujan Movement started immediately after the untimely death of Saheb Kanshiram ji on 8th October 2006. The party of the Bahujan
Samaj i.e. the BSP, which Kanshiram ji wanted to make a s the ruling party of the country, has now been reduced to a weak and pitiable condition owing to selfish, narrow and “brahminism controlled” working style of its present leadership. It’s “National Party” status is also gone now and has been reduced to the level of a mere “Regional” party. On the other hand, the downtrodden & exploited sections of society (i.e. 85% SC/ST/OBC & Religious Minorities) who contributed a lot for this Movement are feeling let down & dejected and immensely worried about its future. As the Party of the Bahujans (the BSP), formed by Kanshiram ji & lakhs of his missionary colleagues, has started falling into a political abyss, the poisonous grip of the brahminical system has started tightening around the neck of the Bahujan Samaj. The safety, security and self-respect of the oppressed sections look in extreme danger again. It’s not just limited to the denial or erosion of their constitutional rights (e.g. Reservations in Education and govt. Jobs) but also there has been a significant rise in the no. of incidents of crimes against them like murders, r**e, arson, robberies, atrocities against, especially Dalits and Backwards living in rural and remote areas. The incidents of religious freedom against Religious Minorities especially Muslim community have also increased. More so, after the formation of the govts. of the “political offsprings” of RSS (the mother organization of brahminism in the country) i.e. the BJP at the centre and many states in the country, such incidents have increased in alarming proportions. Keeping such difficult & critical circumstances and adverse socio-political scenario in mind, in order to safeguard the self-respect and physical safety/security in mind, it has been decided to form a national level cadre based organization “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” under the auspices of “National Campaign to Save Bahujan Movement”. This “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” has been formed on 8th October 2014 at a national level programme organized by NCSBM at Constitution Club Annexe in New Delhi which was attended by hundreds of followers of Kanshiram ji. The younger sister of Saheb Kanshiram ji, Smt. Swarn Kaur ji was the chief guest on this occasion.
“Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” would, keep a close eye on the instances of atrocities/crimes against Dalits, Backwards and Religious Minorities all over the country and try to ensure speedy justice to the victims and strictest punishment to the manuvadi culprits. As the intimation/information about any act of atrocity or crimes against reach US, the “Sainiks” and office bearers of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” would reach the spot at the earliest and ensure speedy and judicious action into the matter through effective intervention. If the local police/admn. fails to take appropriate action in the matter, the “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” cadres would take the matter to higher authorities and ensure justice to the victims. The age limit of becoming a “Sainik” of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” would be 18years to 45 years. It will have separate wings for Men and Women. To provide physical training to these “Sainiks”, services of the retired Army, Para Military, Police personnel hailing from Bahujan Samaj would be taken. At the same time, in order to educate the “Sainiks” about basic and important features of Constitution of India and other legal matters (IPC/CrPC etc), services of Advocates, retired Judges from Bahujan Samaj would be taken. The “Sainiks” and office bearers of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” would have a distinct dress code. They would also be given an Identity Card. Hence, it is appealed to the people of Bahujan Samaj to come forward and become an active member of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” and contribute towards making our free of all injustice & atrocities against the Bahujan Samaj. All the great Gurus, Saints and Leaders born in Bahujan Samaj always believed and preached that in order to end all injustice & discrimination in our country, we (majority Bahujans) shall have to come and work together in this direction. Only then, the safety, security and self-respect of Bahujan Samaj could be ensured. Very soon, a national level membership drive for “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” would be started. The people of Bahujan Samaj are appealed to become members of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” in large nos. and also exhort their family members, friends, acquaintances to do the same. (1) Every “Sainik”/office bearer of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” would pay allegiance to the Constitution of India written by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar by taking “Oath” on this accord, by keeping his/her hand on a copy of the Constitution of India, for proper discharge of his/her duties and responsibility towards the stated Aims of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena”. (2) Every “Sainik of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena”would honestly and strictly follow the rules & regulations and discipline of the organization and exhort his/her fellow “Sainiks” to do the same. (3) Every “Sainik” of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” shall take active lead in opposing and countering atrocities on weaker sections and other social evils. (4) Every “Sainik” of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” shall participate in routine parade, physical exercise, cadre camp or any other such activities, as directed by the senior functionaries of the organization and exhort other “Sainiks” to do the same. (5) Every “Sainik” of Kanshiram Sena” shall maintain a feeling of mutual respect and understanding with his fellow “Sainiks” and other functionaries. Especially with Women “Sainiks”, he would maintain a courteous attitude and feeling of cooperation. He will also try to keep away, to the extent possible, from bad habits like gutkha, to***co etc. (6) Every “Sainik” of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” shall try his/her level best to establish and exhibit highest standards of personal conduct and behavior. He will also try to maintain the image of his organization (i.e. Kanshiram Sena) as clean and of high standard. (7) “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” shall meet its day to day expenses through collections/financial contributions from common people of Bahujan Samaj or personal contributions by its members which would be collected through authorized coupons/receipts issued by the organization. It is appealed to the Bahujan Samaj to ensure their participation and contribution in this historic task by becoming active members of “Manyawar Kanshiram Sena” and thus giving a new energy and direction to Bahujan Movement.
