کبھی کبھی لوگ مل جاتے ہیں، ورنہ ہمیں اکیلے ہی چلنا پڑتا ہے۔ یہاں ہر کوئی آپ کا ہم خیال نہیں ہوتا، کیونکہ زیادہ تر لوگ اپنی ضروریات اور خواہشات میں مصروف رہتے ہیں
زندگی کی راہ میں مشکلات آئیں گی، رکاوٹیں کھڑی ہوں گی، اور کئی بار ایسا لگے گا کہ سب کچھ بے معنی ہے۔ لیکن یاد رکھیں، جو لوگ عظیم مقصد رکھتے ہیں، وہی آزمائشوں کا سامنا کرتے ہیں۔ جب آپ اللہ کے لیے کام کرتے ہیں، تو دنیا کی تعریف یا تنقید بے معنی ہو جاتی ہے، کیونکہ آپ کا اجر کسی انسان کے ہاتھ میں نہیں، بلکہ رب العالمین کے خزانوں میں محفوظ ہے۔
مایوسی کو خود پر حاوی نہ ہونے دیں، کیونکہ ہر اندھیرے کے بعد روشنی آتی ہے، ہر آزمائش کے بعد آسانی ہے۔ اگر لوگ آپ کے راستے میں رکاوٹیں ڈالیں تو سمجھ لیں کہ آپ صحیح راہ پر ہیں۔ جو لوگ حق کے راستے پر چلتے ہیں، وہی آزمائے جاتے ہیں۔ لیکن یاد رکھیں، جب نیت خالص ہو، جب مقصد بلند ہو، اور جب یقین اللہ پر ہو، تو دنیا کی کوئی طاقت آپ کو نہیں روک سکتی۔

اپنے حوصلے کو بلند رکھیں، اپنی نیت کو پاک رکھیں، اور اپنی محنت کو جاری رکھیں۔ کامیابی کا معیار دنیا کی واہ واہ نہیں، بلکہ اللہ کی رضا ہے۔ اور جو اس کی رضا کے لیے محنت کرتا ہے، وہ کبھی ناکام نہیں ہوتا!.....

"Haqeeqi qiyadat ohdon ya ilaqabat ki mohtaaj nahi hoti, balki yeh hoslay, vision aur isteqamat par mabni hoti hai. Ek leader woh hota hai jo shak ke mahol mein khwab dekhne ki jurat kare, ghair yaqini raste par pehla qadam uthaye, aur mushkilat ke samne datt jaye. Qiyadat ka matlab yeh hai ke aap apne ird gird ke logon ko ek aise maqsad par yaqeen dilayein jo unki zaat se bara ho, aur yeh dikhayein ke mazboot irade ke sath koi bhi rukawat badi nahi hoti. Qiyadat nakaamiyon ko sabaq mein, jidd-o-jehd ko taqat mein, aur khauf ko amal ki taqat mein badalne ka naam hai. Yaad rakhein, azmat us waqt hasil hoti hai jab aap kaamil lamhe ka intezaar karne ke bajaye, juratmandana qadam utha kar woh lamha khud takhleeq karein. Woh leader banein jo doosron ko uthne, bade khwab dekhne, aur yeh yaqeen rakhne ki tareef de ke mil kar sab kuch mumkin hai."

Logon ko janchna chhod do, kyunki har shakhs ko Allah ne ek khaas maqsad ke liye paida kiya hai. Har insaan mein khoobiyaan aur kamzoriyaan hoti hain, aur sirf unki khamiyon ki wajah se unhe chhod dena ya sirf unki khoobiyon ki buniyad par unse taluq rakhna galat hai. Hamaara maqsad ek aisi community banani chahiye jo apne aamaal ke zariye dusron ko inspire kare, jahan log hamare kirdar aur aqdaam se seekhein. Humein tafreeq se bacha rehna hai, hamesha practical rehna hai, aur ekta ko farogh dena hai.

Asli azeemat insaniyat ki begharz khidmat mein hai, zarurat mandon ko uthane mein, aur har shakhs ko uski salahiyat pehchan-ne ka hosla dene mein. Aao ek aisa mahaul banayein jahan meharbani aur hosla-afzai buniyad ho, aur har shakhs tarakki kare aur society ki behtari mein apna hissa dale. Humein followers nahi, leaders chahiye jo imaandari, danayi aur rehmat ka misaal ban kar ek roshan aur shamil mustaqbil ka raasta banayein.
