This achievement belongs to every student who trusted us with their future, every faculty member who dedicated themselves to teaching and mentoring, every staff member who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and every parent, alumnus, and well-wisher who supported our mission.

Over the past 14 years, we have remained committed to fostering knowledge, innovation, research, and holistic development. As we celebrate this milestone, we also renew our commitment to shaping future leaders, professionals, and changemakers.

नीट परीक्षा का लीक होना एक अत्यंत त्रासदीपूर्ण घटना है। भारत सरकार को इस विषय पर गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए कि क्या शिक्षा एवं प्रवेश परीक्षाओं का इतना अधिक केंद्रीकरण उचित है। जब से नीट परीक्षा रद्द हुई है, मैं 20 से अधिक छात्रों से बातचीत कर चुका हूं। उन्हें समझाना तो अलग बात है, मैं स्वयं यह समझ नहीं पा रहा हूं कि हम 15-16 वर्ष के बच्चों को कैसी शिक्षा दे रहे हैं। वे क्या सोचते होंगे कि हम किस प्रकार के देश में रह रहे हैं, जहां पूर्ण मेहनत करने के बाद भी परिणाम के स्थान पर उन्हें परीक्षा लीक होने और रद्द होने की सूचनाएं मिलती हैं।

एक छात्र जब 12वीं कक्षा पूर्ण कर आगे बढ़ता है और कॉलेज में प्रवेश लेना चाहता है, तब हमने जीवन की पहली ही सीढ़ी पर उसे यह अनुभव दे दिया कि हमारे देश में कुछ भी पूर्णतः सुरक्षित नहीं है। नीट परीक्षा का लीक होना मात्र एक संयोग नहीं है। इसका दुष्प्रभाव केवल यह नहीं है कि 27 लाख छात्रों का हित प्रभावित हुआ है, बल्कि यह भी है कि 27 लाख निष्कपट छात्रों को जीवन का पहला बड़ा अनुभव ऐसा मिला है, जिसे वे हमेशा याद रखेंगे, और इसे किसी भी प्रकार से रचनात्मक नहीं कहा जा सकता।
मैं किसी भी सरकार को अकेले इस प्रकार की घटना के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं मानता, किंतु हमें यह अवश्य सोचना होगा कि क्या शिक्षा का अत्यधिक केंद्रीकरण कहीं देश को गलत दिशा की ओर तो नहीं ले जा रहा। हमारा युवा हमारी सबसे बड़ी शक्ति है, और इस शक्ति को हमें रचनात्मक कार्यों में लगाना चाहिए, न कि जीवन के प्रथम प्रवेश द्वार पर उन्हें इस प्रकार के निराशाजनक अनुभवों का सामना करवाना चाहिए।

Dr. Joram Ainya has created history by becoming the first Nyishi woman to be inducted into NITI Aayog. This remarkable achievement marks a new chapter not only for the Nyishi community but for the entire state of Arunachal Pradesh.
Dr. Ainya, who is also the first Nyishi woman to earn a PhD Degree, has consistently demonstrated excellence in academics, research, and public policy. Her contribution to education and governance has already been significant and now, her role at the national level will bring even greater impact.
