NFL records Net Profit of ₹169.65 Crore in FY 2025-26

NFL has recorded strong FY2025-26 results with standalone net profit of ₹169.65 crore, more than double of ₹76.26 crore, recorded in the previous year. The profit before tax increased to Rs. 232.67 Crore from the 104.08 Crore recorded in FY 2024-25.
The standalone revenue from operations increased to ₹21,514.18 crore from ₹19,794.50 crore in FY2024-25 reflecting significantly improved operational efficiency and higher revenue.
The total sale of the fertilizers this year stood at 65.20 LMT compared to 63.78 LMT recorded in FY 2024-25.
For the quarter ended 31st March 2026, the company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹4,347.19 Crore and a net profit of ₹118.19 Crore.
The company has showed a strong improvement in its annual financial performance for FY2025-26. The Board of Directors approved the audited results at its meeting held on 27th May 2026.

Shri Arvind Kumar takes over as Director (Finance), NFL

Shri Arvind Kumar has taken over as Director (Finance) of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. Prior to this, he was serving in senior leadership positions in the finance function in Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited.
Shri Arvind Kumar holds the educational qualifications of M.Com. Professionally, he is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He possesses rich and diverse experience in the areas of financial management, internal audit, budgeting, banking, taxation, commercial accounting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Shri Arvind Kumar is known for his professional competence, analytical approach and extensive experience in finance, audit and corporate management.
