SIIF along with technical partners and other foundations, offers employability training to youth in India. We aim to empower these youth with skills and job opportunities in the organized sector. Through varied programs of up to one-year intensive training we provide a foundation and Service Industry skills, preparing them for sustainable careers. Together, we support their growth and contribution to society. 🌟

Our model aims to enhance employability among college students by offering practical interventions in Arts, Commerce, and Business Administration. Through focused training in their final year, students engage with real-world challenges designed to foster industry readiness. Employers participate to assess performance and potentially offer jobs, ensuring students gain clarity on career paths and are better prepared for employment.

Drawing from extensive experience in training and management, we seek foundation support to rapidly scale this impactful initiative, addressing the growing pool of unemployed graduates and aligning educational outcomes with market demands. 💼💻

SIIF enhances young learners' interest in science with practical projects in schools. Our "I Love Science" program, developed with Ingenuity Edulabs, fosters hands-on experiments using upcycled materials. Designed for grades 6-8, it bridges the gap between theoretical science and real-world applications, transforming boredom into excitement. Each workshop integrates CBSE curriculum topics like Electricity, Magnetism, and more, ensuring deeper understanding through everyday examples. Students receive complete experiment kits and enjoy demos both in class and at home, promoting continuous learning. Over 4000 students in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and a school for the deaf have already benefited. Thank you for joining us in sparking curiosity and academic success during this project! 🧪📚

SIIF strives for inclusive growth in India, disregarding birthplace, family background, or disabilities. We believe economic status shouldn't define one's humanity. We aim to impact 20,000 school and 25,000 college students. Schools will focus on sustained growth, while colleges prepare students for employment through life skills and industry integration. Additionally, we'll train 1,000 educators to deliver these programs. Technology will enhance our outreach in the future. Join us in shaping a more inclusive India! 🌍

Socially India Included Foundation distributed over 100 packets of food for COVID-19 relief to migrants and other displaced people. While we were preparing these packets we thought it would be enough. But when we reached the congregation of people, we were almost mobbed for food. So many people going hungry, affected by no earnings for months now. It was such a moving scene. We were asked if we could support with dry rations in addition to cooked food.

Additionally SIIF has also been supporting people in need by providing direct cash assistance. So far SIIF has provided assistance of over Rs. 250,000.
