On Day 8 of , learn how to protect yourself from 'Fake Customer Care Fraud':
❌ What NOT to do:
• Do not consider any unauthorized number found on search engines (Google/Social Media) as official customer care.
• Never download screen-sharing apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer at the request of anyone claiming to help with a complaint.
• Never share your OTP, CVV, or banking passwords, even if requested by a customer care representative.
✅ Remember:
• Obtain customer care numbers only from the official website of the bank or company.
• Genuine customer care representatives will never ask for your confidential financial details.
⚠️ If defrauded, immediately call 1930 or file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in without delay.

के आठवें दिन जानिए Fake Customer Care Fraud से बचाव के उपाय:
❌ क्या न करें:
• सर्च इंजन (Google/Social Media) पर मिले किसी भी अनधिकृत नंबर को कस्टमर केयर न समझें।
• शिकायत के नाम पर किसी के कहने पर AnyDesk या TeamViewer जैसी स्क्रीन शेयरिंग ऐप डाउनलोड न करें।
• कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधि के मांगने पर भी कभी अपना OTP, CVV या बैंकिंग पासवर्ड साझा न करें।
✅ याद रखें:
• केवल बैंक या कंपनी की आधिकारिक (Official) वेबसाइट से ही कस्टमर केयर नंबर प्राप्त करें।
• असली कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी कभी भी आपसे गोपनीय वित्तीय जानकारी नहीं मांगते।

📱 क्यूआर कोड स्कैम (QR Code Scan Fraud) से रहें सावधान! ⚠️
क्या आप जानते हैं? एक QR Code केवल पैसे भेजने (भुगतान करने) के लिए स्कैन किया जाता है, पैसे प्राप्त करने के लिए नहीं!

आजकल साइबर अपराधी झूठे रीफंड, कैशबैक या ऑनलाइन बिक्री (OLX आदि) का झांसा देकर आपको QR कोड स्कैन करने और PIN डालने के लिए कहते हैं। याद रखें, जैसे ही आप QR कोड स्कैन करके अपना UPI PIN दर्ज करते हैं, आपके खाते से पैसे कट जाते हैं!

🛡️ सुरक्षा और बचाव के महत्वपूर्ण टिप्स:
1️⃣ पैसे प्राप्त करने के लिए PIN न डालें: किसी भी खाते में पैसे प्राप्त करने के लिए कभी भी QR कोड स्कैन करने या UPI PIN दर्ज करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती।
2️⃣ प्राप्तकर्ता का नाम जांचें: भुगतान करने से पहले स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देने वाले व्यक्ति/दुकानदार का नाम ध्यानपूर्वक सत्यापित करें।
3️⃣ अज्ञात QR कोड से बचें: सोशल मीडिया, ई-मेल या मैसेज पर भेजे गए अनजान QR कोड को कभी स्कैन न करें।
4️⃣ तत्काल शिकायत करें: यदि आप किसी भी प्रकार के साइबर फ्रॉड का शिकार होते हैं, तो तुरंत राष्ट्रीय साइबर हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1930 पर कॉल करें या www.cybercrime.gov.in पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराएं।
