On , we reaffirm our commitment to accessible, affordable and people-centred mental healthcare, guided by this year’s theme: “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.”

With 53 Tele-MANAS Cells across 36 States/UTs and over 48 lakh calls received, mental health support is reaching more people. Through MANN Jaagriti, we are strengthening community awareness, encouraging early help-seeking and working to break the stigma around mental health.

Together, let us build a more compassionate and supportive society where everyone can seek help with dignity, without fear or discrimination.
