बिहार में औद्योगिक विकास को नई गति देने हेतु विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक

माननीय उद्योग मंत्री सुश्री श्रेयसी सिंह की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को बिहार औद्योगिक क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकार (BIADA) एवं आधारभूत संरचना विकास प्राधिकार (IDA) की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक के दौरान उद्योग विभाग के सचिव सह प्रबंध निदेशक, बियाडा एवं आएडा, श्री कुंदन कुमार के द्वारा विभिन्न औद्योगिक परियोजनाओं, उनकी प्रगति एवं आगामी कार्ययोजनाओं पर विस्तृत प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया गया। औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में आधारभूत संरचना विकास, निवेश प्रोत्साहन, योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, उद्योग-अनुकूल वातावरण निर्माण एवं रोजगार सृजन जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर व्यापक चर्चा की गई।

माननीय मंत्री ने योजनाओं के समयबद्ध एवं प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन पर विशेष जोर देते हुए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार सरकार राज्य में उद्योग एवं निवेश को बढ़ावा देने, निवेशकों को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने तथा रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित करने हेतु निरंतर प्रतिबद्ध है। बैठक में निदेशक एमएसएमई अमन समीर, उद्योग निदेशक मुकुल कुमार गुप्ता सहित विभाग एवं प्राधिकरण के वरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Under the Startup Bihar initiative, the recently concluded Personal Interaction Meeting (Pitching Round) held from 20th–25th May 2026 at Vikas Bhawan, Patna showcased the growing entrepreneurial momentum across the state.

📊 Key Outcomes:
✅ 26 startups recommended for 1st tranche funding of ₹4 Lakhs
✅ 46 startups recommended for 2nd tranche funding of ₹6 Lakhs
✅ 4 startups recommended for Post-Seed Fund support of ₹15 Lakhs
✅ 1 startup recommended for IPR Reimbursement (Patent)

💰 Total Fund Sanctioned: ₹4.41 Crores

माननीया उद्योग सह खेल मंत्री सुश्री श्रेयसी सिंह द्वारा मुजफ्फरपुर स्थित औद्योगिक क्षेत्र बेला एवं टेक्सटाइल/बैग क्लस्टर का भ्रमण कर विभिन्न औद्योगिक इकाइयों का निरीक्षण किया। अपने भ्रमण के दौरान माननीया उद्योग मंत्री ने क्षेत्र में संचालित उद्योगों की उत्पादन क्षमता, तकनीकी व्यवस्था, रोजगार सृजन एवं औद्योगिक संभावनाओं की समीक्षा की।

भ्रमण के क्रम में मंत्री महोदया ने Cosmus Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. की हार्ड एवं सॉफ्ट बैग निर्माण इकाई का निरीक्षण किया। इसके उपरांत SAPL Industries Pvt. Ltd. की टेक्सटाइल इकाई में वस्त्र निर्माण, मशीनरी एवं उत्पादन गतिविधियों की समीक्षा की गई।

इसके साथ ही माननीया उद्योग मंत्री ने High-spirit Commercial Venture Pvt. Ltd. की बैग निर्माण इकाई का भ्रमण कर उत्पादन क्षमता एवं विपणन व्यवस्था की जानकारी ली गई। जीविका महिला उद्यमियों द्वारा संचालित बिनीता बैग निर्माण एवं अंजू बैग निर्माण इकाइयों का भी निरीक्षण किया।

साथ ही मुजफ्फरपुर औद्योगिक क्लस्टर के उद्यमियों के साथ आयोजित बैठक में निवेश, औद्योगिक आधारभूत संरचना, बाजार विस्तार, उत्पादन वृद्धि एवं रोजगार सृजन जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। उद्योग मंत्री ने कहा कि बिहार सरकार उद्योगों के लिए अनुकूल वातावरण तैयार करने एवं स्थानीय उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहन देने हेतु निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
