We are pleased to announce the launch of Guided Evolution, an initiative by Prabha & Deo Foundation, created as both a channel and a fortnightly digital magazine.

This August, Prabha & Deo Foundation (P&D Foundation) proudly completes 9 years of service as a Section 8 Non-Profit Organization, carrying forward a legacy of innovation, empowerment, and social transformation.

Our Vision & Values

Founded with the guiding principles of Genuine Need, Creating Value, and Stakeholder Welfare, P&D Foundation has consistently strived to empower communities through knowledge, skills, and awareness. Over the years, our work has touched lives in diverse areas including education, livelihood, healthcare, environment, and social justice.

Our Journey So Far

Education & Skills – From IT & BPO training in Bihar to skill gap analysis in Chhattisgarh, we have enabled youth with pathways to employment and growth.

Livelihood & Farming – Initiatives like Farm to Fork and Farmer Care Project (with Noble Seeds Pvt. Ltd.) supported sustainable farming and market linkages for farmers.

Healthcare & Child Welfare – Collaborations to reduce child mortality in Bihar, MP, and UP, and health awareness programs in rural regions.

Social Advocacy – Awareness drives against child trafficking in Gaya, and slavery in stone mining belts of Sasaram, alongside strengthening SHGs and NGOs in compliance and performance.

Global & National Partnerships – Our service footprint includes working with Clinton Health Access Initiatives, Aga Khan Foundation, UNICEF, BRAC (Bangladesh), HDFC CSR, Atal Innovation Mission, Radiant International School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, and many others.

In today’s fast-paced digital world, information is empowerment. That is why, in our 9th year, we have placed special emphasis on:

Awareness campaigns on education, health, livelihood, and social rights.

Information-sharing programs to reach the grassroots as well as urban communities.

2021-22 achievements and happenings : -
1. P & D Foundation finally got 80 G .This means anyone who will give donations/ Fund then they can claim Income Tax Exemption applicable under 80G.
2. We are now CSR registered also.
3. Our Members increased from 4 to 12 in last one year with permanent members presence in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, NCR , Madhyapradesh and Gujrat.
4. Praveen Sharma has been brought in Board of Director and will be managing the Programs related to P & D Foudation.
5. P & D Foundation East Exclusive office shifted from RPS More Patna to Tilak Nagar Road Rukanpura Patna from 10 July 2022.
6. P & D Foundation initiated following program for common people :
i ) Digital Seva
ii ) Tele Law (Legal Advisory ) at very nominal cost for common people.
iii) Tele Medicine services - E Clinic through Govt. Digital Seva and Tele Medicine Service Provider at Rs 50 - Rs 200 per session.
7. Centre for Development of Essential Knowledge and Skills ( An Educational Unit of P & D foundation) started its Consultancy services and is in process to help people through educational services.

9. Pilot Project has been initiated in Business incubation in F & B segment and Retail.

Prabha & Deo Foundation Starting 2 days in a week e-Clinic for nonemergency cases from August 2022 as its pilot project in Patna, Bihar. We will offer Allopathy, Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, and Homeopathy consultancy.
By Oct 2022 or by the time we will arrange the funds for infrastructure to eClinic / eHealthcare - Telemedicine we are planning to run clinics for 6 hours in a day, 5 Days in a week at 2 locations in Patna. We need funds to set up an exclusive e-clinic for common people as per the objective of P & D Foundation. For infrastructure to meet Govt. Guidelines for Telemedicine, we require approximately Rupees one lakh seventy-two thousand only for infrastructure + Regular expenses.

The infrastructure may be used for other social causes pre or post-eClinic hours.

Donate to this noble cause. By donating to P & D Foundation you can save tax too under 80g . P & D Foundation has maintained 100% compliance as per MCA since 2016.

After successful pilot project, we will give e-Healthcare along with childcare and Children overall development - a Programme status and will scale up and replicate in aspirational Districts of Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, UP and Jharkhand .

P & D Foundation to meet it's objective to provide affordable medicine and medical facilities to common people - Lower income groups, Children, Labour class etc is opening eClinic.
Services will be provided by CSC with which P & D Foundation is associated with since 2017.
To create a world-class infrastructure for eClinic and to provide e-Medical Services we need CSR support /Funds ... for Video Conferencing facilities and smoothly run this program for common people by giving them a real feel of Doctors / Care Giver' Presence via Video conferencing and ensuring that Patient has not to touch either speaker or anything ...!
The same facilities will be used to educate children and develop the skills of youth via Video Conferencing late afternoon and evening. In the morning we will use it for eMedical Services. This facility will be at Tilak Nagar Road, Rukanpura, Patna.

Further construction going on for P & D Foundation’s Essential services for Common public!

We announced in 14 April 2017 that our first outlet will come up in June / July 2017 .... but due to unavoidable reasons ... its operation started after 5 years i.e. in the month of July 2022.
Keep on moving .... !

In 2012 this project was conceptualized. In 2017 we are making it happen.
