Nacion Developers & Consultants is a pvt. ltd. co. envisioned, supported and amended by some reformers to flourish and renovate our democratic structure.

An assistant is required by all politicians either MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) or MP (Member of Parliament) to assist them in political proceedings, developmental works, policy implementation and all other miscellaneous works. And everything revolves around political decisions in a country like India. In the state of Bihar, ministers are unable to find such talented person with a genuine

passion to work. The one aspect may be it is not accepted as a reputable and stable job and people with good degree and potential migrate. An amount of Rs. 20,000 is paid by the government to the assistant of MLA and Rs. 40,000 to MP’s assistant. NDC, at present, is just a vision to create a brand in the field of politics. The idea of NDC struck to establish a political consultancy and select those proficient people from diverse fields to place them with MLAs and MPs. Intellects, achievers and experienced personals from diverse fields of the society from the field of politics, IT, Media, Designing, Environment, Education, Engineering, Industries, Architecture, Clothing, printing and press and Social Services etc constitute our team. The base of NDC would lie in its Political consultancy cell. The political consultancy cell under NDC would get a memorandum of understanding signed between NDC and its client who would be a MLA or a MP of a particular constituency. Under this MOU, NDC will be liable to recruit a highly qualified and multi talented extraordinary young mind from various colleges through a series of selection procedure. The candidate will be given the post of “Parliamentary Secretary” to the respective client. The need and clauses of the respective client will be taken care of in this selection procedure. Succinct Job Details of ‘Parliamentary Secretary’-

Apart from working for client’s political aims, the recruited ‘Parliamentary Secretary’ will even focus on creating an environment of positive change and development, would conduct a detailed survey of the constituency ward wise and collect all the relevant data in the proper guidance of the authority sitting in the head office heading the political consultancy cell, would deeply study about all the government schemes running or about to be run in the constituency, prepare DPR for the area under the guidance of experts at NDC in coordination with our client and further facilitate our other concerned cells under NDC to work efficiently on those government/non-government projects. The one thing we would say – “our client just needs to hold the mic, rest leave it up to us!”

Our dream nation will not be built by just buying newspaper or blogging; painstaking actions are needed to beautify it. An amateur in the field of politics with honest goals set, who would even be an excellent orator, writer having deep knowledge of all the government bills, policies or any other innovative happenings in any part of the world would be recruited. Quite innovative and adroit with minimum Graduation Degree of any field would be placed in our client’s constituency as his/her Parliamentary Secretary who would take care of all the political proceedings as well as the developmental activities in that constituency providing him/her the required political assistance. Students involved in student’s union in universities would be preferred.

The Parliamentary Secretary would:
• Conduct door to door visit,
• Connect with each individual of every category
• Prepare reports on the basis of guidance being provided from the head office,
• Gradually build an environment of peace, prosperity, unity and development.
• Connect the voters to our client. Forwards his/her reports to the authorities at NDC.
• Prepare Questions of Assembly/Parliament during Sessions (in case of MLA/MP)
• Draft Hindi/English letters as per need
• He/she will have a close eye on all the developmental projects (Gov & Non-Gov both) in the constituency,
• Also act as a mediator between NDC and our client and also between our client and the public.

The UN celebrated Diwali for the first time on Sunday after it was recognised in 2014.
From this year, Diwali was also made an optional holiday at the UN and a "Happy Diwali" message was also displayed on the New York building of the UN.
