पुण्यातील वृक्षतोड परवानगी प्रक्रिया म्हणजे अगदी “चित भी मेरी, पट भी मेरी!” — किंवा सरळ भाषेत “Heads I win, Tails you lose!” याचं जिवंत उदाहरण आहे. हे वाचून कदाचित हसू येईल... कदाचित येणारही नाही. 😄

PMC चे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी स्वतःच्या PMC प्रकल्पांसाठी झाडं तोडण्याची परवानगी PMC मधीलच कनिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांकडे मागतात. मग तेच कनिष्ठ अधिकारी ठरवतात की वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांनी मागितलेली वृक्षतोड परवानगी योग्य आहे का. म्हणजे PMC स्वतःच ठरवतं की PMC ला परवानगी द्यायची का!

नागरिकांनी हरकत घेतली तर सुनावणीही PMC मधीलच अधिकारी घेतात आणि PMC ने मागितलेली परवानगी PMC साठी योग्य आहे की नाही हे पुन्हा PMCच ठरवतं. त्यानंतर नागरिकांनी अपील केलं तरी अंतिम निर्णय PMC आयुक्तांकडेच जातो, जिथे PMC आयुक्त ठरवतात की PMC ने मागितलेली वृक्षतोड परवानगी योग्य होती का.

म्हणजे अर्ज करणारेही PMC, तपास करणारेही PMC, सुनावणी घेणारेही PMC आणि अंतिम निर्णय देणारेही PMCच. नागरिक मात्र अर्ज, हरकत, सुनावणी आणि अपील यांच्या फेऱ्यात फिरत राहतात... आणि शेवटी झाडं मात्र गायब होतात.

म्हणूनच पुणेकर आता म्हणू लागले आहेत —

“देवा, गजब है तुझी सरकार...
चित भी मेरी, पट भी मेरी...
नागरिक झाले बेहाल!”

Watch the video and see how Global superpowers treat their 100+ year-old trees like national monuments. They share them with pride because they understand that a nation's identity is anchored in its living history. They know the difference between preserving a living spiritual truth and clinging to a hollow symbol.

And look at us. We brag about being center of adhyatma, while blindly chopping down centuries-old trees. We have reduced our spirituality to rituals, completely forgetting that the true source of Indian culture is Prakriti—our rivers, our mountains, our jungles, and our trees.

Our ancestors did not find the divine in a vacuum; they realized it by living in absolute alignment with nature. When we destroy Prakriti, we aren't just damaging the environment—we are dismantling the very cradle of our culture. We cannot be the center of adhyatma on a barren, dying land.

व्हिडिओ पाहा. जगातील महासत्ता देश १००+ वर्ष जुन्या झाडांचं जतन राष्ट्रीय वारसा म्हणून करतात. त्यांना माहित आहे की देशाची ओळख त्याच्या जिवंत इतिहासात असते.

आणि आपण? महासत्ता बनण्याचं स्वप्न पाहणारा देश, जो अध्यात्माचा अभिमान बाळगतो, तोच आज आपल्या अध्यात्माचा खरा अर्थ विसरत चालला आहे.

आपलं अध्यात्म फक्त कर्मकांड नाही, अध्यात्म जन्माला आलं शक्ती अर्थात प्रकृती मधून — नद्या, पर्वत, जंगलं आणि वृक्षांमधून. आपल्या पूर्वजांनी निसर्गाशी एकरूप होऊनच अध्यात्म अनुभवलं. ज्या देशांना हे समजले, ते महासत्ता बनले.
@प्रकृती नष्ट झाली तर संस्कृतीही टिकणार नाही.
उजाड भूमीवर अध्यात्म फुलत नाही.

मुक्त आयात बंद झाल्यामुळे आता चांदी importसाठी सरकारी परवाना (License) बंधनकारक करण्यात आला आहे.
आणि जे लोक यावर 'युद्ध सुरू आहे' असं कारण देत आहेत, त्यांनी कृपया आधी "रिस्क मॅनेजमेंट - प्रशासन" (जोखीम व्यवस्थापन) काय असतं आणि सुशासनात त्याचं काय महत्त्व आहे, हे वाचून घ्यावं.

निवडणुकीत होणारा पैशांचा अफाट आणि उघड गैरवापर, hypocrisy, याबद्दल तर न बोललेलंच बरं.
