Sunad Garden was born out of a quiet, thoughtful observation by Dr. Vidyadhar Kumbhar, an experienced Ayurvedic physician and clinical research
er. Many patients came to him not just with health concerns—but also with confusion. They had gone through different treatments, sometimes receiving incomplete health analysis, overlapping medications, or facing uncertainty about how to take care of themselves naturally. Most of them truly wanted to live healthier lives, but didn’t know where to begin. During COVID-19, Ayurveda gained global attention—but not always with the clarity it deserved. Misinterpretations, quick fixes, and mixed messages about Ayurvedic concepts like immunity and herbs created more doubt than confidence among people. It was in this time of reflection and learning that the seed of Sunad Garden was planted. Dr. Kumbhar asked himself a simple question: “Can we simplify Ayurveda? Can we make it personal, practical, and deeply rooted in daily life?”
That’s when Sunad Garden took shape—not just as a platform, but as a movement. He envisioned a space where people could: Understand their own body better through graph-based Ayurvedic analysis
