This year, VIM has initiated a new Award to encourage budding Alumni Entrepreneurs who comes up with disruptive innovation. Below are the parameters for this Award:

Parameters for Alumnus Entrepreneur Award
a. Nature of the business (If it is a New Start Up/ Lead role played in Family Business)
b. Innovations
c. Expansion & Growth under his leadership
d. Philanthropy_ Social Contribution
e. Support provided to VIM (Industry Connect Activities)
f. Public Recognitions received
External panelist will evaluate the entries & select the awardee.

If you are an Entrepreneur, you can nominate yourself for this Award. Dear Alumni

As all of you are aware, Vishwakarma Institute of Management Alumni Association (VIMAA) has been registered in the year 2011. For the functioning of VIMAA, we have constituted working body of VIMAA, in October 2010. As per the rules & regulations of VIMAA, all the members of working body will retire after the expiry of three years. This period came to an end in Nov 2013.

We would like to reconstitute the Working body of VIMAA. If you are interested to be a part of this body to strengthen the bond between institute & Alma matter, kindly send your nomination for the same till 31st of Dec 2013.
