Discription: Our club organized a seminar on health and hygiene. Our guest speaker Dr. Anamika Singh gave detailed information about
* What is mensuration cycle
* Discussed the problems during menstruation i.e mood swings, difficulty in concentration and sleep, dysmenorrhea,food cravings, bloating, breast tenderness, Acne, heavy menstrual bleeding or scanty flow, dysmenorrhea
* Do's and Dont's during menstruation.
* Myth about mensuration
* Diet plan, life style modification
* Hygiene during menstruation
* Described about the types of pads and other available options i.e. menstrual cup, tampons,advised how to choose what should be used.
* Discussed about PCOD , symptoms, prevention and cure of PCOD.
* Distributed the biodegradable sanitary pads to the girls.The session was very interactive and helpful for the girls.

Discription: Our club celebrated the World Breastfeeding Week with newly born's mothers in the Government hospital kalibadi Raipur. Dr. Yadav and Dr. Anamika explained them the benefits of Breastfeeding for baby and mothers too.We distributed the dresses for new born babies, daliya , jaggery, biscuits and fruits that will be helpful for both mother and baby . These items were packed in jute bags having Innerwheel logo for branding our Inner Wheel Club.

Description: Innerwheel club of Raipur greater organised a plantation program at Ishwar Public School, Dhaneli, Raipur.Our club planted many fruits bearing plants like custerd apple, jackfruit, guava, golden apple ,jaamun, mango.It will give greenery and also beneficial for all by getting healthy fruits.All the kids took a pledge to plant a tree 🌴 on their birthday.

*Event* - With the advent of new Inner Wheel Year, IWC of RAIPUR GREATER organised the installation ceremony of the new team for the year 2023-2024 under the leadership of the incoming President Mrs. Pushpa Malviya. The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest District Secretary Mrs. Manjusha Vaishampayan. It was an honour to have PDC and past Association Treasurer Mrs. Manjula Shrishrimal and Distric Treasurer Mrs. Rekha Jain, IW Raipur President as our esteemed guest.

*Project Description:*
On July 1, 2023, We organized an event with a School to raise awareness about the harmful effects of use of plastic and promote the reuse, reduce, recycle and repurpose of plastic. The event was held at P G Umathe Govt Girls Higher Secondary School and the purpose of the event was to make youth to adopt healthy habits and to keep the environment clean.
We highlighted the negative impact use of plastic.
As a Guest Speaker we invited Mrs. Monika Surana owner # campaign

The event was a great success and achieved its objective of raising awareness about the harmful effects of plastic usage and it was a positive step towards promoting healthy habits and a cleaner environment.
