Clothes are a need of every human. But
there are some needy people who don't have enough money to buy proper clothes.
This is where Prayas endeavour to help such people and serve the society.
With the help of people who want to do good, we collected clothes and footwear. Then we distributed it amongst the needy people. We got huge support of our society too and collection was quite big(around 1200+ clothes were there). We are happy that we again did efforts to bring happiness on faces of people.

Food! It is a basic need of all living beings on earth! But there are some people who don't get even one time meal in a day. Prayas Foundation Trust gave attention to this. Event named 'I am hungry' was done from 28 November to 3rd December 2016. The volunteers of Prayas visited several slum areas of Rajkot and distributed one time meal there.
There was a proud, responsible and satisfying feeling among the volunteers. It was too satisfying to see happiness on faces of kids and people over there to whom food was distributed. Our volunteers learnt a lot at personal level too from this program!
It's all credit goes to and her team.having to give her best for this event.

Cleanliness is next to godliness! We all have heard this thought. We, Prayas Foundation Trust understands the importance of cleanliness. So we conducted an activity to support SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN mission.

Venue: Sh*tal park,150 ft ring road Rajkot

Our coordinators had visited Sh*tal Park located on 150ft ring road, Rajkot, where they created awareness by poster presentation first. Then they cleaned some area there and did counselling of people living there about why we should keep our area clean, problems created by unhygienic places.
They also listened to their problems and suggested the possible solutions. The people very enthusiastically participated and were cooperative.
Activity head was MANDIR DHAVNIT.
