These candidates successfully completed their training at Aerosoft Healthcare Pvt Ltd under the Tourism & Hospitality Sector, equipping them with the skills in the hospitality industry.

The candidates completed their training in the Tourism & Hospitality sector from Aerosoft Healthcare Pvt Ltd skill training centre & secured placement as Guest Service Associates at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited.

Creating employment opportunities for the youth of the state with quality placements and attractive salary packages remains a key focus of the skill development programmes being implemented under Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society.

Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) was signed between JSDMS and two companies to facilitate employment opportunities under the Apparel Sector for the candidates of :

1. 𝐒𝐑𝐒 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 -To facilitate employment opportunities in Jharkhand, as well as outside the state, in the apparel sector.

2. 𝐒𝐆𝐑𝐒 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧- To facilitate Re-skilling/Up-Skilling support to already trained but unemployed candidates, followed by an entrepreneurship support system for the candidates who are interested in self-employment or entrepreneurship. Also, provide employment opportunities in apparel manufacturing companies.

A significant step towards strengthening employment opportunities under !

An MoU has been signed between Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) and Navgiri Apparel- One of India's top garment producers situated in Tiruppur, TamilNadu to facilitate job placements for trained candidates.

This collaboration aims to connect skilled youth from Jharkhand with the thriving apparel industry in Tiruppur, creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and promoting industry-aligned skill development. Such partnerships play a vital role in bridging the gap between training and employment, ensuring our youth are equipped with the right skills and opportunities to succeed.

An industrial visit was organised by the skill training centre under the Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojna at Mosaic Workskills Pvt. Ltd., Bokaro. Trainees enrolled in the Front Office Executive job role under the Tourism & Hospitality sector had the opportunity to visit Clarks Inn Hotel.

During the visit, the hotel staff guided the trainees through various departments and helped them understand the roles and responsibilities within the hospitality sector.
