📌 After ISRO’s PSLV-C62 mission failed in February 2026 from Sriharikota — PM Modi personally ordered a high-level probe.
That’s why NSA Ajit Doval, India’s longest-serving National Security Advisor, quietly visited VSSC, Thiruvananthapuram, conducted an intense investigation, and later submitted his report directly to the PMO.
⚠️ Why is the Prime Minister taking this so seriously?
Because this was not a normal failure.
This was the second ISRO mission failure in a row. And now, after Doval’s report, the PM has reportedly ordered a new external committee — something ISRO has almost never seen in its history.
