Best Practice Forum on held "Benefiting women beneficiaries by linking them NABARD promoted FPOs for marketing of their products”. This was hybrid meeting consisting of online and offline meeting. Government officials including SDM, BDO and NABARD officials participated, besides women beneficiaries and CSOs.

Building skills is essential for creating a sustainable livelihood. We build strong institutions by empowering women beneficiaries. It helps in opening path for them towards the Social entrepreneurship.

Women are the pillars for society they build the community and creates a bright future for the upcoming generation. Supporting the women and creating them as an entrepreneurs will not only bring changes positive change in their life but also bring change the society.

With the New Year Women Entrepreneurs are filled with great enthusiasm and spirit. Girl Power conducted training Goat Rearing and Diary on Jharmundi Block from 21st to 23rd January 2023, Dumka with 100 women entrepreneurs.

"Girl Power Project" inaugurated its two day event "National Annual Network Meet" from 21st December to 22nd December at Hotel Radisson Blu, Ranchi. The program was inaugurated by the chief guest Shri Satyanand Bhokta, Minister, Labour, Employment and Skill Development Department, Government of Jharkhand. The objective of the event was to promote women trained as social women entrepreneurs under Girl Power Project and to showcase the products of women entrepreneurs from 10 districts. Through this event, Girl Power Project aims to promote women entrepreneurship and help women create a sustainable livelihood and stand on their own feet. On the second day women entrepreneurs from different states shared their challenges, achievements and experiences and expectations from the event. European Union representative Mr. Shouvik Dutta, Mr. Jairaj Pathak from All India Institute of Local Self Government, Mr. Ravi Ranjan Guru, Mr. Paschim Tiwari, Mr. R.K. Gupta and Dr. Indukant Dixit and senior dignitaries from various institutions were present in this event.
