The organization encourages women, children and youth to build leadership qualities to remove inequality and injustice from society and to play a major role in the process of social changes. They shall be a role model to create classless, oppression‐free society based on nonviolence and universal brotherhood. We do believes that women are the creator of new life, children are the future of nation and youth are the nation builders, so their contribution to society is enormous. We believe that sustainability and ownership of development interventions by communities is possible only after organizing and empower the vulnerable groups through community mobilization and encourage them to utilize the available resources.
