Good Morning Team,
I would like to thank every volunteer and party activist who supported our endeavour in 2014 Serilingampally Assembly elections for my candidature as MLA Serilingampally, AAP. With immense pleasure and pride, I would like to convey that we received 3150 votes in 2014 elections without spending a single paisa on beer or biryani to voters. We genuinely worked hard as a team interacting with people with limited resources we had. We are number ONE in south India for number of votes polled for AAP candidate (includes Member of Parliament too). This just shows the determination and hard work we as a team worked to the best of our resources.
I would like to get to your attention, that after election, I proposed changes to the AAP functioning and building the cadre from ground up. With a heavy heart, I would like to iterate, the suggestions were not implemented by central team. Even we could not get an appointment when Shri. Kejriwal visited HCU to address Shri Rohit Vemula su***de. It was very upsetting for party cadre and me. I had numerous instances to quote where we did not get the proper feedback and support from central team.
As a high spirited team, our ultimate goal was, and will be, to serve our Nation, constituency and people with effective governance. Time has come for me to move on with other parties where we can align our core principles and ethics. I definitely remember and AAP as my party where every effort as genuine and path breaking for us as a team.
I have NOT yet decided on my future course and party. I would like to get opinions of my volunteers and party activists in this regard on the future course to choose as a team. I apologize, if, in case, I could not live up to the expectations. I humbly thank every member, volunteer and party activist who relentlessly worked in collective effort for the society.
