Delighted to be at King's Cross Speakers, London and participating in Table topics was an amazing experience with our extended family. Followed by a get together hosted by President of King's Cross Speakers. That's the advantage of our world wide clubs.

Meeting #18 came to a short but sweet conclusion. Our members and guests stepped up and overcame their fears and anxieties about public speaking. It was an insightful experience for each one present.
TMOD Toastmaster Sanyam Rajpal guided us through the meeting which witnessed a Project 2 speech from Toastmaster Aditi Garg. TTM Toastmaster Sanjay Deo smoothly conducted the Table Topics Section which saw a good amount of participation from both members and guests. The evaluation section was conducted by the General Evaluator Toastmaster Rishi Verma.
Due to an unfortunate accident our President Toastmaster Atul Biltoria could not attend the meeting. The office of the Acting President was discharged by VP Education Toastmaster Rishi Verma.
Thank you members and guests for making this an enjoyable meeting. We invite you to be a part of the next one.

Yet another fabulous meeting came to its conclusion this Monday. Meeting #17 witnessed some of the most spectacular speeches in the history of Toastmasters Chapter IIT Roorkee. The meeting was attended not only by the members but also by many guests, each leaving with a smile on his or her face.
TMOD Toastmaster Rishi Verma navigated the meeting through the theme “What matters to us”. He implored the audience to take the time to discuss more about things that matter to them. Toastmaster Oshin Sapra delivered a flawless Project 2 and talked about the ancient wisdom locked away inside the Bhagwat Geeta and how it impacts us. Toastmaster Divyansh Bhatnagar (aka Chocolate Boy) gave an insightful Project 4 on how data has dictated the course of human evolution, now more than ever. He was unanimously chosen as the best speaker for the evening. Toastmaster Sanjay delivered a humorous icebreaker on the innocence of growing up and was instantly loved by the audience. The Table Topics Section witnessed the entire spectrum of emotions, from humorous to intense. Our guest Sanyam Rajpal emerged as the best Table Topics Speaker. The Evaluation Section added a cherry on the cake.
Unfortunately, our President Toastmaster Atul met with an accident and couldn’t attend the meeting. His duties were discharged by VP Education Toastmaster Rishi Verma as the Acting President. All our wishes are with you Atul. We hope you get well soon.
We thank all the members and guests who participate in our meetings. You make it a lot more than worthy of our time and fill us with a positive energy which helps us get through the stressful week. Thank you so much and stay tuned for all the learning and excitement that’s about to come your way 😉.
