World Bank experts visited ICED on 18–19 September, where they interacted with students and staff and toured the laboratories.

Prof. (Dr.) Nirmaljeet Singh Kalsi, IAS (Retd.), Former Chairperson of NCVET, Additional Chief Secretary, Punjab, and Joint Secretary, Police, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, presently serving as Board Member, Karmayogi Bharat; Distinguished Visiting Professor at IIT Ropar and IIT Roorkee; Professor of Practice at MDI Gurgaon; and Honorary Professor at IIT Guwahati, who holds a B.E. from IIT Roorkee, M.Tech. from IIT Delhi, and has pursued higher studies at Harvard Kennedy School, visited ICED on 4th September 2025 and interacted with the students.
