"Breastfeeding is not merely a physical act; it is an emotional journey that binds a mother and child together in an unbreakable bond".
As part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Gangtok District administration, in collaboration with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals under Glenmark Foundation, has established a unique 'Breastfeeding Pod' at MG marg to embraces the power of breastfeeding and strengthens this unbreakable bond.

The Breastfeeding Pod at MG Marg will provide a safe, comfortable, and private space for mothers to feed their babies, ensuring that this precious bond is nurtured with utmost care.
The breastfeeding pod located at MG Marg will be available for use all day long. If you require assistance, please approach the nearby police personnel. We are open to hearing suggestions from you regarding this pod, and you are encouraged to provide your valuable feedback to the District Administration. Together, we can ensure that every mother feels empowered, loved, and encouraged to embark on this beautiful journey of nourishing her child.
