As per the direction from the State HQ, NHM, physiotherapy sessions for Cerebral Palsy (CP) children identified during the recent Mega Health Camp in Cachar District started today.
A total of around 529 identified CP cases are available in the district. Today, the Physiotherapists of MG Model Hospital, Chottomamda and DEIC, SM Dev Civil Hospital initiated the physiotherapy services for the identified children.
The initiative has been undertaken to ensure regular rehabilitation support and improve the physical well-being and quality of life of the children.

Today, at S C Roy High School, Sonai, the Mobile Health Team-2 of RBSK under Sonai BPHC conducted an awareness session on the importance of maintaining personal hygiene. During the programme, Menstrual Cards were distributed among adolescent girls.
As many rural women are unable to track or remember their last menstrual period, it often creates complications during pregnancy and difficulties in identifying the Expected Date of Delivery (EDD). Keeping this in view, the Government has taken an initiative under the Rashtriya Kishore Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK), NHM to encourage the habit of tracking menstrual periods from adolescence.
Accordingly, a Menstrual Card, which can be used for up to ten years, has been introduced under the programme. The RBSK team distributed the cards and provided proper orientation regarding their use and importance.

ছবিগুলি কাছাড় জেলার রাষ্ট্রীয় বাল (শিশু) স্বাস্থ্য কার্যসূচি (আরবিএসকে) অধীনস্থ মোবাইল হেল্থ টিম (এমএইচটি), নানাবিধ কার্যক্রমের নমুনা প্রদর্শিত করে। মোবাইল হেলথ টিম নিজেদের প্রতিদিনের মুল কাজ স্কুল ও অঙ্গনওয়াড়ি শিশুদের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা ছাড়াও বিভিন্ন ধরনের স্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক কর্ম করে থাকে।
আরবিএসকে হল ভারত সরকারের একটি বৃহৎ জনহিতৈষী বৃহৎ কার্যসুচি যার অধীনে জন্মগত বিসঙ্গতি ছাড়াও শিশুদের প্রায় ৪৬টি রোগের বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা করা হয়। মোবাইল হেল্থ টিম খন্ড স্বাস্থ্য এলাকার স্কুল ও অঙ্গনওয়াড়ি নিয়মিত রোগ শনাক্তকরণ করে চিকিৎসার ব্যবস্থা করে। পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন স্বাস্থ্যজনিত সমস্যা , আইএফএ বড়ি খাওয়ানো, স্টপ ডায়েরিয়া ক্যাম্পেইন ও হাত ধৌত করার ব্যাপারে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির মতো অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করে। দলগুলিতে দুইজন চিকিৎসক, একজন ফার্মাসিস্ট, একজন নার্স থাকেন।
Different activities of Mobile Health Team of RBSK in addition to their routine health screenings at schools and Anganwadi Centres (AWCs), the MHTs have been raising awareness about various health issues like In-taking of IFA Tab, Stop Diarrhea campaign & hands washing techniques promoting comprehensive healthcare services for children.
Each MHT consists of two doctors, a nurse, and a pharmacist, providing a wide range of health services, including:
* Supervising of MCP Cards
* Nutrition assessment and counseling
* Treatment for common childhood diseases
* Health education and awareness.

One Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) child was mobilized and referred today to the Nutritional Rehabilitation Centre (NRC), SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar by Harinagar BPHC RBSK, MHT-1. The child was mobilized with the support of the concerned ASHA Supervisor, ASHA and Anganwadi Centre (AWC).

স্কুল পড়ুয়া শিশুদের মধ্যে রক্তাল্পতা প্রতিরোধ ও নিরাময়ে সহায়ক হিসেবে ভারত সরকার দীর্ঘদিন ধরে “উইকলি আয়রন অ্যান্ড ফলিক অ্যাসিড সাপ্লিমেন্টেশন” বা WIFS কার্যসূচি চালিয়ে আসছে। এই কর্মসূচির আওতায় প্রতি সোমবার মিড-ডে মিলের পর ছাত্রছাত্রীদের আইএফএ (IFA) ট্যাবলেট খাওয়ানোর নির্দেশ রয়েছে। জাতীয় স্বাস্থ্য মিশনের (NHM) অধীন আরবিএসকে (RBSK) মোবাইল হেল্থ টিম বিদ্যালয়ে গিয়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা করার পাশাপাশি নিজেরাই ট্যাবলেট সেবন করিয়ে দেয়।
এছাড়াও, কোনও কারণে যাতে ট্যাবলেট বিতরণ ব্যাহত না হয়, সেজন্য টিম নিয়মিতভাবে ওষুধের স্টকের খোঁজখবর নিয়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রশিক্ষিত শিক্ষকদের হাতেও অতিরিক্ত ট্যাবলেট তুলে দেয়। এর ফলে কর্মসূচির ধারাবাহিকতা বজায় থাকে এবং শিশুদের সুস্বাস্থ্য রক্ষায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।

Members of the RBSK Mobile Health Team of Cachar district, are pasting informational stickers (self-prepared) at visible locations in Anganwadi centres and schools after their regular health checkups. These stickers are considered as an information repository that provides details about government-sponsored public health programmes and also serves as an Emergency Response System/Mechanism. কাছাড় জেলার আরবিএসকে-এর মোবাইল হেলথ টিমের সদস্যরা তাদের নিয়মিত স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষার পরে অঙ্গনওয়াড়ি ও বিদ্যালয়ের দৃশ্যমান স্থানে তথ্য স্টিকার (স্ব-উদ্যোগে তৈরি) পেস্ট করছেন। এই স্টিকারগুলিকে একটি তথ্য ভান্ডার হিসাবে বিবেচনা করা হয় যা সরকারের পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায় জনহিতৈষী স্বাস্থ্য কর্মসূচি সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান করে এবং জরুরি প্রতিক্রিয়া ব্যবস্থা হিসাবে কাজ করে।
