The reported pacemaker scam in GMC Anantnag has shaken the conscience of every citizen of Jammu & Kashmir. If these allegations are found to be true, it is nothing less than a cruel betrayal of public trust and a direct attack on human lives.

I strongly condemn this shameful incident and demand an immediate high-level, transparent, and time-bound inquiry into the matter. The people of Jammu & Kashmir deserve to know how such a serious lapse was allowed to occur in a government healthcare institution.

The present UT Government and the Health Department must act without delay. Those entrusted with protecting lives cannot be allowed to play with the lives of innocent patients. Anyone found guilty, irrespective of position or influence, must be immediately suspended, terminated from service, and proceeded against under the law.
The government must fix responsibility and ensure strict accountability. The health and safety of patients should never be compromised under any circumstances.
JKAADP stands firmly with the affected patients and their families and demands immediate action from the authorities. Failure to take prompt and visible action will compel us to launch peaceful democratic protests across Jammu & Kashmir against the inaction of the present government and the concerned authorities.
The people deserve justice, transparency, and accountability.

Shri Raquib-ul-Rashid
State President

Eid Mubarak to everyone.
May this blessed occasion bring peace, happiness, prosperity, and countless blessings to every home.
However, this Eid comes with a heavy heart for all of us after the heartbreaking incident in Budgam, where an innocent girl was brutally assaulted and murdered. Such incidents shake the conscience of society and remind us that humanity must stand united against cruelty and injustice.
I humbly request everyone to keep this Eid simple and remember the departed soul in your prayers. Let us also extend moral and humanitarian support to the grieving family during this painful time.
I strongly urge the administration and Hon’ble LG Government to ensure strict and speedy action against the culprits. The punishment must be exemplary so that such criminals think a hundred times before committing crimes against our daughters and sisters. Justice delayed is justice denied.
A society is judged by how it protects its women and children. We must stand together for justice, dignity, and humanity.
Eid Mubarak once again.
May Allah protect everyone and bless our society with peace, compassion, and justice.

Regards
Shri Raquib ul Rashid
State President
