Disconnecting electricity connections of families who have pending bills is not the way to deal with the public. The NC government must understand the difficulties ordinary people are facing. Many families are struggling to manage their daily expenses, and cutting their electricity without considering their situation is sheer injustice.

The government should find a fair and practical solution instead of putting more pressure on the people. People need relief and support, not further hardship
