ctivity and employability of workforce (wage and self-employed) both in the organized and the unorganized sectors. It seeks increased participation of youth, women, disabled and other disadvantaged sections and to synergize efforts of various sectors and reform the present system with the enhanced capability to adapt to changing technologies labour market demands.

You must be following the news on the worsening floods in Jammu and Kashmir especially in Srinagar and adjoining districts. While we are working already and struggling with floods, the J & K floods are taking on the magnitude of Kosi and Uttarakhand floods. The upcoming winters are only going to add to this nationwide calamity. We are trying its best to reach out relief in J & K. This is an URGENT APPEAL to join Smile Welfare Society.
