CLEANLINESS DRIVES CONDUCTED BY J&K TOURIST POLICE ACROSS THE UT.
TRC Srinagar.
17.09.2025: In pursuance to the instructions conveyed by the Administrative Department, today Cleanliness Drives were conducted by Tourist Police and officials of Tourism Department deployed at various Tourist Spots falling across the jurisdiction of Union Territory of J&K. The aim of the drives was to make areas cleaner and healthier by removing waste and promoting hygienic practices.

TRC Srinagar: Today on 15th of August 2025, 79th Independence Day Celebration was held at Directorate of Tourism Kashmir Complex Tourist Reception Center, Srinagar.
In the ceremony, Shri Raja Yaqoob IRS, Director Tourism Kashmir, Dr. Salla ud Din Chowdhury-JKPS, Sr. Superintendent of Police, Tourism Enforcement J&K Srinagar unfurled the National Flag in presence of other senior officers of Tourism Department.
The officers inspected the Parade and thereafter, addressed the Jawans of Tourist Police, contingent of CRPF 132 Battalion and officials of Tourism Department who came to attend and witness the function.
Moreover, similar ceremonies and participation in Flag Marches have been organized by Tourist Police deployed at different prominent Tourist destinations across the Union Territory of J&K.

Pahalgam 11- Aug 2025: As a part of the ongoing celebration under the "Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign" a mega Tiranga Rally was organised by the SDM Pahalgam in which Tourist Police, Civil Police, Local Students and other Departments at Pahalgam, actively participated. The participants carried the Tricolour with pride and raised patriotic slogans.
