Today, our services wireline, Mobile 2G-3G (post paid and pre paid), WLL, ISDN, IN services, Internet, Broad band, leased circuits and MPLS-VPN, etc. are being provided not only in important towns but also in remotely located rural areas. Thus, in BSNL we are contributing our bit in the development of J&K State and thereby the country. J&K Telecom Circle is equipped with wireline capacity of 4.08 lakh telephone lines with 2.03 lakh connections. There are 0.76 lakh WLL connections against capacity of 1.89 lakh lines. In GSM Mobile we have about 10.12 lakh connections. The expansion of GSM Mobile is being carried out. We intend to cover whole of population areas of J&K state in a year or so. On customer satisfaction, we have introduced CDR based billing in all the five SSAs of J&K Telecom Circle. With the implementation of CDR in J&K Telecom Circle subscriber can pay their landline bills anywhere in J&K or even anywhere in North Zone at our Cash counters. WLL & Postpaid bills can be paid through CBPs at our retail outlets in addition to payment through our cash counters. Further BSNL has priced wire line STD calls at local calls resulting into 40 Paise per minute call across the country. At present 70 Customer service centers are working in the J&K Circle. We have a large sales & distribution network through franchisees/ sub- franchisees/ retailers/ STD-PCO Shoppies/ DSA outlets to attend to customer requirements for various telecom products & services including Bill payments. Thus we indirectly support more than 22000 persons by way of employment to them. With the introduction of latest technologies in the switching (commissioning of 20K IP TAX at Jammu and 8K IP TAX at Srinagar) and transmission system, there is improvement in the services in urban and rural areas. Remote places are now accessible due to increased use of transmission media on optical fiber and satellite systems. We are fully aware that lot more need to be done for improvement in telecom services in both urban as well as rural areas. BSNL Bharat Fibre Plans for Getting OTT Benefits Under Rs 1000.
BSNL Bharat Fibre plans that offer OTT benefits and are also priced under Rs 1000 come for Rs 799 per month and Rs 999 per month. Both these plans offer decent speeds and unlimited data to the customers.

BSNL Fibre Basic Broadband Plan at Rs 449: Benefits Detailed

Starting with the Rs 449 broadband plan, it is named as ‘Fibre Basic,’ and offers a user 30 Mbps speeds up to 3.3TB or 3300GB. After the FUP limit, speeds will be reduced to 2 Mbps. This plan is valid across all the circles except Andaman & Nicobar circle. Do make a note that BSNL users opting this plan will also get unlimited voice calling benefit to any network within India.

BSNL Fibre Value Broadband Plan at Rs 799: Benefits Detailed

Second on the list is BSNL Fibre Value plan that costs Rs 799 per month and offers 100 Mbps speeds till 3300GB or 3.3TB. Users also get free access to landline calling and post-FUP speeds of 2 Mbps. BSNL is not offering any long-term plan options for the newly introduced plans. The minimum hire period for every plan is one month.

BSNL Fibre Premium Broadband Plan at Rs 999: Benefits Detailed

As the price of the plan itself says, the BSNL Fibre Premium plan at Rs 999 takes on the JioFiber plan of Rs 999. BSNL users will get speeds of 200 Mbps up to 3.3TB and after FUP speeds of 2 Mbps which is underwhelming. However, JioFiber after FUP speeds still stays at 1 Mbps which is also underwhelming. Again, BSNL is not offering any long-term option for this plan and the subscribers also get unlimited voice calling benefit.

BSNL Fibre Ultra Broadband Plan at Rs 1,499: Benefits Detailed

Lastly, we have the BSNL Fibre Ultra broadband plan that costs Rs 1,499 per month and also comes with 300 Mbps speeds. This is the most premium offering from BSNL ever as the company is currently offering maximum speeds of 200 Mbps in several cities. It will be interesting to see the speeds offered by this plan. In recent times, we have seen BSNL removing the 200 Mbps broadband plan in several cities.

The 300 Mbps has a different 4000GB or 4TB FUP limit, 4 Mbps after FUP speeds and also comes with unlimited calling benefit. And yes, the BSNL Fibre Premium and Fibre Ultra plans will also off
