SANT SINGH TEG SAVED THE LIFE OF THOUSANDS IN 1947 BY PROVIDING BUSES AND TRUCKS TO REFUGEES WHO HAVE BEEN ATTACKED BY KABALIS.
HE LEAD THE COMMUNITY FORM FRONT.

Party Leadership strongly condemned this act and demands that a strong action should be taken against the criminals as whole area is covered under CCTV and it's easy to locate the criminals. We believe this is an attempt to create a fear psychosis among the minorities and the said act is condemnable.

Two criminals snatched sword of a Sikh in Srinagar, Kashmir; my father ( Gyani Surjeet Singh Badal) who is religious preacher and political leader of the Sikhs and keeps sword always with him but today when he was walking near Indoor stadium, Srinagar, J&K two unidentified bike riders (criminals) santched his sword and run away from the spot. This is first ever such incident witnessed by me in my lifetime in Kashmir and I would to request Jammu and Kashmir Police and UT Administration SrinagarPolice to take strong action as these incidents could create fear in the minds of minorities. In this regard a formal complaint has been lodged at Shergarhi Police station, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.

Party leadership conveys deep condolences on the demise of Sardar Harmohinder Singh Harji. He was a great scholar and his academic work will always continue to inspire upcoming generations.

He was a humble person who had represented Sikhs as GPC Member Srinagar and as a office bearer of Gurdwara Prabandhak committee, Srinagar. We pray almighty to give strength to his family and friends to bear the loss.

He was an honest civil servent who served with full dedication and community has lost his services. ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਾ ਸਾਰੇ, ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ, ਕਲਗੀਆ ਵਾਲੇ, ਪੰਥ ਕੇ ਦਾਤੇ, ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ; ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੰਘਣੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਰਮ, ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਲਾਲ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਗੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਜਨੀਕ ਮਾਤਾ ਮਾਤਾ ਗੁਜਰੀ ਜੀ, ਦੋ ਲਾਲ ਸਰਹੰਦ ਵੇਖੋ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਦਸਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ ਜਦ ਮਾਛੀਵਾੜਾ ਦੀ ਪਾਵਨ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੁਕਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਲਫ਼ਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਇਆ ' ਮਿੱਤਰ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਲ ਮੁਰੀਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ....'। ਇਹ ਖ਼ਿੱਤਾ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਰਸ਼ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਤਾਰ ਸਕਦਾ। ਅੱਲਾ ਯਾਰ ਖਾਂ ਜੋਗੀ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਨੇ 'ਨਾ ਕਹੂੰ ਅਬ ਕੀ ਨਾ ਕਹੂੰ ਤਬ ਕੀ, ਅਗਰ ਨਾ ਹੋਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋ ਸੁੰਨਤ ਹੋਤੀ ਸਭ ਕੀ'। ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਾਜੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਲੱਖਣਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪ, ਆਪਣਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ, ਅਤੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੰਘਣੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਆਓ ਆਪਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਗਏ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੇ ਚੱਲੀਏ ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਫਲਾ ਕਰੀਏ।
