മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതി (MGNREGS) മുഖേന പലഹാര നിർമ്മാണ യൂണിറ്റിനായി വർക്ക് ഷെഡ് നിർമ്മിച്ചു.

കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ ശാസ്താംകോട്ട ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ കുന്നത്തൂർ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിലെ വാർഡ് നമ്പർ 7-ൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കുഞ്ഞാറ്റ കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ ‘പൗർണമി’ സ്വയം സഹായ സംഘത്തിന് പലഹാര നിർമ്മാണ യൂണിറ്റിനായി വർക്ക് ഷെഡ് നിർമ്മിച്ച് നൽകി.

പലഹാര നിർമ്മാണത്തിനൊപ്പം വിവിധ കാർഷിക ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെയും ധാന്യ പൊടികളുടെയും വിപണനവും ഈ യൂണിറ്റിലൂടെ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. സ്വയം സഹായ സംഘത്തിന് സ്ഥിരതയുള്ള ഉപജീവന മാർഗം ഉറപ്പാക്കുക എന്നതാണ് വർക്ക് ഷെഡ് നിർമാണത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം.

പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി നിർമ്മിച്ച വർക്ക് ഷെഡ് ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ സ്ഥിരമായ ആസ്തി സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം വനിതകൾക്ക് തൊഴിലും വരുമാനവും ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നു. ഇതിലൂടെ ഗ്രാമീണ വനിതാ ശാക്തീകരണവും ഫലപ്രദമായി നടപ്പിലാകുന്നു.

Work Shed Constructed for Snack Production Unit under MGNREGS.

A work shed has been constructed for a snack production unit under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) for the Pournami Self Help Group of Kunjatta Kudumbashree, functioning in Ward No. 7 of Kunnathoor Grama Panchayat under Sasthamkotta Block Panchayat in Kollam district.

Along with snack production, the unit also undertakes the marketing of various agricultural products and grain powders. The main objective of constructing the work shed is to ensure a stable livelihood for the members of the self-help group.

The work shed created under the scheme also contributes to the creation of a durable community asset in the village while providing employment and income opportunities for women. Through this initiative, rural women empowerment is being effectively promoted.

മുൻപ് കന്നുകാലികൾ കടുത്ത കാലാവസ്ഥാ വ്യതിയാനങ്ങൾക്കും വിവിധ രോഗങ്ങൾക്കും വിധേയരാകുന്ന സാഹചര്യമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പുതുതായി നിർമ്മിച്ച തൊഴുത്ത് വഴി കന്നുകാലികൾക്ക് സുരക്ഷിതവും ആരോഗ്യകരവുമായ പരിസ്ഥിതി ലഭിച്ചതോടെ അവയുടെ ആരോഗ്യനിലയും പാൽ ഉൽപ്പാദനവും ഗണ്യമായി മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടു.

ഇത് കർഷകന്റെ വരുമാനം വർധിക്കുന്നതിനും ജീവിതനിലവാരം മെച്ചപ്പെടുന്നതിനും സഹായകമായി. കൂടാതെ കന്നുകാലികൾക്ക് സുരക്ഷിതവും ശുചിത്വമുള്ളതുമായ വാസസ്ഥലം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്താനും സാധിച്ചു.

എം.ജി.എൻ.ആർ.ഇ.ജി.എ പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് ദിവസവേതന തൊഴിൽ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതിനൊപ്പം ഗ്രാമീണ സമ്പദ്‌വ്യവസ്ഥ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ സാധ്യമാകുന്നു.

Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme: Cattle Shed Provides Relief to a Dairy Farmer.

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA), a cattle shed was constructed for dairy farmer Paul Mathew in Muththoly Grama Panchayat, which comes under Lalam Block in Kottayam district

Earlier, the cattle were exposed to harsh climatic conditions and were vulnerable to various diseases. With the construction of the new cattle shed, the animals now have a safer and healthier environment, which has significantly improved their health and milk production.

This initiative has helped increase the farmer’s income and improve his standard of living. It has also ensured a safe and hygienic shelter for the cattle.

Through the MGNREGA scheme, rural workers are provided with daily wage employment while also strengthening the rural economy and supporting the development of essential infrastructure in rural areas.

വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലെ പനമരം ബ്ലോക്കിലെ മുള്ളൻകൊല്ലി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിലെ പാടിച്ചിറ വില്ലേജിലെ കിഴക്കേക്കുന്ന് പ്രദേശത്ത് താമസിക്കുന്ന സരിത കുന്നത്തിന് മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതി (MGNREGS) വഴി 33 തൊഴിൽദിനങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച് ഒരു തൊഴുത്ത് നിർമ്മിച്ചു നൽകി.

മുമ്പ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന പഴയ തൊഴുത്തിന്റെ ശോചനീയാവസ്ഥയും സ്ഥലപരിമിതിയും കാരണം പശുക്കളുടെ ആരോഗ്യത്തിനും പാൽ ഉൽപാദനത്തിനും ദോഷകരമായ സാഹചര്യമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കന്നുകാലികൾക്ക് സുരക്ഷിതമായ ആവാസവ്യവസ്ഥ ഉറപ്പാക്കിയതോടെ പാൽ ഉൽപാദനത്തിലും കർഷകയുടെ വരുമാനത്തിലും ഗണ്യമായ വര്‍ദ്ധനവുണ്ടായി.

നിലവിൽ ഏകദേശം പത്ത് പശുക്കളെ വളർത്തി പാലു ഉൽപാദിപ്പിച്ച്, അതിൽ നിന്നുള്ള വരുമാനത്തിലൂടെ മക്കളുടെ പഠനവും കുടുംബച്ചെലവുകളും നല്ല രീതിയിൽ നടത്തി വരികയാണ്.

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), a cowshed was constructed for Saritha Kunnath, a resident of Kizhakkekunnu area in Padichira Village of Mullankolly Grama Panchayat in Panamaram Block, Wayanad district, generating 33 person-days of employment.

The earlier cowshed was in a dilapidated condition and had limited space, which adversely affected the health of the cattle and milk production. With the provision of a safe and improved shelter for the livestock, there has been a significant increase in both milk production and the farmer’s income.

At present, she is rearing around ten cows and producing milk. The income generated from this activity is being used to support her children’s education and meet the household expenses in a stable manner.

മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി തൃശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ ചൊവ്വന്നൂർ ബ്ലോക്കിലെ കണ്ടാണശ്ശേരി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് വാർഡ് 13-ൽ ആട്ടയൂർ നീർത്തടത്തിലെ ഗുരുജി റോഡ് പ്രദേശത്ത് മഴക്കുഴി നിർമ്മാണവും മണ്ണ് ബണ്ട് നിർമ്മാണവും വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കി.

മഴവെള്ള സംഭരണം ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ മണ്ണ് ബണ്ട് നിർമ്മാണം പ്രദേശത്തെ ജലസംരക്ഷണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് പിന്തുണയായി. വേനൽക്കാലത്ത് പതിവായി അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്ന ജലക്ഷാമം പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് ജലസംരക്ഷണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രത്യേക മുൻഗണന നൽകിവരികയാണ്.

ഈ പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ പ്രദേശത്തെ തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ജലക്ഷാമവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഒരു പരിധിവരെ ലഘൂകരിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. കൂടാതെ, ഭൂമിയുടെ മണ്ണിന്റെ ഗുണനിലവാരവും ഉൽപാദനക്ഷമതയും മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് പദ്ധതി ഗുണകരമായി.

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), rain pits and earthen bund construction works have been successfully completed at the Guruji Road area of the Aattayoor watershed in Ward 13 of Kandanassery Grama Panchayat, Chavakkad Block, Thrissur district.

The earthen bund construction, implemented with the objective of rainwater harvesting, has significantly strengthened water conservation efforts in the region.
The Grama Panchayat has been giving special priority to water conservation activities to address the recurring water scarcity experienced during the summer season.

Through this project, increased employment opportunities were generated for local workers, and issues related to water scarcity were mitigated to a certain extent. Additionally, the initiative has contributed to improving soil quality and enhancing land productivity.

തടിയൂർ ഗവ. മോഡൽ എൽ.പി സ്കൂളിൽ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ പുതിയ ശൗചാലയ സമുച്ചയം സജ്ജമായി.

എഴുമറ്റൂർ: പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിലെ കോയിപ്പുറം ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന് കീഴിലുള്ള എഴുമറ്റൂർ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് ഗവൺമെന്റ് മോഡൽ എൽ.പി സ്കൂളിൽ (തടിയൂർ) പുതിയ ടോയ്‌ലറ്റ് ബ്ലോക്കിന്റെ നിർമ്മാണം പൂർത്തിയായി. മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് സ്കൂളിൽ ആധുനിക ശൗചാലയ സംവിധാനം ഒരുക്കിയത്.

സ്കൂളിൽ നിലവിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ശൗചാലയങ്ങളുടെ അപര്യാപ്തത വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വലിയ പ്രയാസങ്ങളാണ് സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരുന്നത്. പുതിയ ടോയ്‌ലറ്റ് ബ്ലോക്ക് യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമായതോടെ സ്കൂളിലെ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങളിൽ വലിയ പുരോഗതിയാണുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്. വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ നേരിട്ടിരുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾക്ക് ഇതോടെ ശാശ്വത പരിഹാരമായി.

ഗ്രാമീണ മേഖലയിലെ തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് തൊഴിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനൊപ്പം തന്നെ, പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ മികച്ച ആസ്തികൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്നത് പദ്ധതിയുടെ വലിയ നേട്ടമാണ്. സ്കൂളിന്റെ ശുചിത്വ പരിപാലന രംഗത്ത് വലിയ മാറ്റം കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ ഈ പുതിയ സംവിധാനത്തിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.

New Toilet Complex Completed at Thadiyoor Govt. Model L.P. School via MGNREGS.

EZHUMATTOOR: The construction of a new toilet block has been completed at the Government Model L.P. School, Thadiyoor, under the Ezhumattoor Grama Panchayat in Koippuram Block, Pathanamthitta district. This modern sanitation facility was developed by incorporating it into the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).

Previously, the inadequacy of the school's existing toilets caused significant hardships for the students. With the realization of the new toilet complex, there has been a substantial improvement in the school's basic infrastructure, providing a permanent solution to the difficulties previously faced by the children.

A major achievement of this project is the ability to create quality assets for public educational institutions while simultaneously providing employment to rural workers. This new facility has brought about a significant positive change in the hygiene and sanitation standards of the school.

മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ (MGNREGA) ഭാഗമായി കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി ബ്ലോക്കില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്ന എരുമേലി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തില്‍ വാർഡ് 17 മുട്ടപ്പള്ളിയിലെ കുഞ്ഞമ്മ പി കെ എന്ന ക്ഷീര കർഷകയ്ക്ക് കന്നുകാലി തൊഴുത്ത് നിർമ്മിച്ചു നൽകി.

മുമ്പ് കന്നുകാലികൾ കടുത്ത കാലാവസ്ഥാ വ്യതിയാനങ്ങൾക്കും വിവിധ രോഗങ്ങൾക്കും വിധേയരാകുന്ന സാഹചര്യമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പുതുതായി നിർമ്മിച്ച തൊഴുത്ത് മൂലം മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ ആരോഗ്യനിലയും പാൽ ഉൽപ്പാദനവും ഗണ്യമായി മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടു. ഇതുവഴി കർഷകയുടെ ജീവിതനിലവാരം ഉയരുന്നതിനും കന്നുകാലികൾക്ക് സുരക്ഷിതവും മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടതുമായ വാസസ്ഥലം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതിനും സഹായമായി.

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), a cattle shed has been constructed for dairy farmer Kunhamma P. K., a resident of Ward 17, Muttappally, in Erumeli Grama Panchayat, which falls under the Kanjirappally Block Panchayat in Kottayam district.

Previously, the cattle were exposed to harsh climatic conditions and various diseases. With the construction of the new cattle shed, there has been a significant improvement in the health of the animals as well as in milk production. This initiative has helped enhance the farmer’s standard of living and ensured a safe and improved shelter for the cattle.

The MGNREGA scheme has also provided daily wage employment opportunities to rural workers, thereby contributing to the strengthening of the rural economy.

ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിലെ ചമ്പക്കുളം ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് പരിധിയിലെ തലവടി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് വാർഡ് 2-ലെ കാരിക്കുഴി പ്രദേശത്ത് പുത്തൻപറമ്പിൽ പടി മുതൽ മാമ്മൂട്ടിൽ പടി വരെ റോഡ് കോൺക്രീറ്റിംഗ് പ്രവൃത്തി മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതി (MGNREGS) മുഖേന വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചു.

ഏകദേശം 30 കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് നേരിട്ട് പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുന്ന ഈ റോഡ് രണ്ട് പ്രധാന റോഡുകളെ തമ്മിൽ ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പ്രധാന വഴിയാണ്. തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി 294 മീറ്റർ നീളത്തിലും 3 മീറ്റർ വീതിയിലും റോഡ് കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു.

മൺസൂൺ കാലങ്ങളിൽ സ്ഥിരമായി വെള്ളക്കെട്ട് രൂപപ്പെട്ട് സഞ്ചാരയോഗ്യമല്ലാതിരുന്ന ഈ റോഡ് ഇപ്പോൾ സുരക്ഷിതവും സുഗമവുമായ ഗതാഗത സൗകര്യം ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നു. വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് സുരക്ഷിത യാത്രയും രോഗികൾക്ക് ആശുപത്രികളിലേക്ക് വേഗത്തിൽ എത്താനുള്ള സൗകര്യവും ഇനി ലഭ്യമാണ്. വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കും രോഗികൾക്കും ഒരുപോലെ ആശ്വാസമേകുന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതി നാടിന്റെ യാത്രാദുരിതത്തിന് വലിയൊരു പരിഹാരമാണ്.

Ward 2 of Thalavady Grama Panchayat, Champakkulam Block Panchayat has successfully completed the road concreting work from Puthenparambil Padi to Mammoottil Padi in Karikkuzhi under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).

The road, which directly benefits around 30 families, serves as an important link connecting two major roads. As part of the scheme, it has been concreted to a length of 294 meters and a width of 3 meters.

Previously, the road would become waterlogged and largely inaccessible during the monsoon season. With the completion of the concreting work, it now ensures safe and smooth transportation. Students can travel more safely, and patients can reach hospitals more quickly.

This project provides significant relief to both students and patients, offering a long-awaited solution to the travel difficulties faced by the local community.

മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതി (MGNREGS) പ്രകാരം കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ ശാസ്താംകോട്ട ബ്ലോക്കിലെ ശാസ്താംകോട്ട ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിൽ, ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തും ഇന്റഗ്രേറ്റഡ് ചൈൽഡ് ഡെവലപ്പ്മെന്റ് സർവീസസ് (ICDS) വകുപ്പും സംയുക്തമായി ഒരു അങ്കണവാടി കെട്ടിടം നിർമ്മിച്ചു നൽകി.

മുൻപ് വാടക കെട്ടിടത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്ന അങ്കണവാടിക്ക്, MGNREGS പദ്ധതിയുടെ പിന്തുണയോടെ സ്ഥിരമായ ഒരു ആസ്തി സൃഷ്ടിക്കാനായത് ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ നേട്ടമാണ്. ഇതിലൂടെ ഭാവി തലമുറയായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പ്രാഥമിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനും പരിപാലനത്തിനും ആവശ്യമായ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യം ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു.

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), an Anganwadi building was constructed in Sasthamkotta Grama Panchayat under Sasthamkotta Block in Kollam district, through the joint efforts of the Grama Panchayat and the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Department.

Previously, the Anganwadi had been functioning in a rented building. With the support of the MGNREGS scheme, the creation of a permanent asset is considered a significant achievement. This has ensured essential infrastructure for early childhood education and care for the future generation of children.
