The KSU CET Unit has formally requested the principal to provide individual official college email IDs to all currently enrolled MBA students of CET School of Management, similar to the facility provided for all other students. Institutional email IDs are essential for official communication, academic resources and maintaining a professional identity associated with CET. We urge the authorities to consider this genuine student requirement and take necessary action at the earliest.

As part of our continued intervention demanding the implementation of a 50% increase in the stipend for M.Tech students under the AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme, the KSU CET PG Committee met with the Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education, Shri Roji M. John, and requested the Kerala Government to take up the matter with the Central Ministry of Education.

Following the meeting, we further highlighted the interventions already made by Shri Shafi Parambil, MP, before the Central Ministry of Education, based on the request previously raised by the KSU CET Unit.

The Hon’ble Minister assured us that the request would be considered and appropriate action would be taken in this regard.

Due to water supply disruption in areas around our college, as informed by KWA - many students are being affected by the same. Thus, KSU CET Unit requested duty leave and consideration for the students affected by the issue.

The Principal agreed to discuss this in the council meeting today and take necessary actions.

On 20th August 2026, KSU CET organised a strike against the attempt to use the campus as a platform for communal and divisive propaganda during the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026.

Our campus is a space for education, free thought and democracy, not communal agendas.

KSU CET Unit has submitted a formal representation to the PWD Minister seeking urgent intervention in the *delayed renovation of the CET Ladies’ Hostel.

Following the intervention, the matter has been forwarded to the Special Buildings Section, with authorities assuring expedited completion to ensure timely, hassle-free accommodation for incoming students.

Following the continuous intervention of the KSU CET Unit, the University has corrected the M.Tech 2024–26 batch passing month from March to May and reissued the Semester IV Grade Card, Provisional Certificate, and Consolidated Grade Sheet with the corrected passing month of May, ensuring that the official academic records accurately reflect the actual programme duration.

The University has rectified the discrepancies in the certificates and activated the Original Degree Certificate application portal for eligible M.Tech graduates. The University has also assured that such certificate-related issues will not recur in the future, ensuring a smoother and timely degree certificate application process for M.Tech graduates.
